I signed up and got an email.  Logged in to my account.  I'm not understanding how I actually purchase the tokens for the ICO.  It asked for the ETH wallet but when I enter my
address it says I can only enter it once a week.  I've never entered it!!!  I dont see how to purchase the ICO tokens either.

Tokens cannot be bought now. ICO start March 10. All manuals are on the website and in your account, you can buy STM using myetherwallet.
