I dont think bounty hunters can affect that much regarding the ICO. It depends on the strategy of the project's team on how they can make a successful ICO and they should continue to follow their roadmaps as investors are also looking on this trait.

I guess better go with Airdrops instead of wasting time on bounty. Bounty space is crowded and bounty rewards per individual is very less. Recently I worked on a project for 3 months and got 1 token worth less than a dollar. A big waste of time!!
