Bitcoin is growing fast and everyday a lot of people takes interest in this. I too started the other day and I am very willing to invest my time here. With that said, with the drastic growth of bitcoin worldwide, how do you see the bitcoin economy 10 years from now? Thank you as always.
In 10 years there will be no bitcoin for sure and I am pretty sure about it. There will be some other currency at its place for sure which has overcome the issues faced in bitcoin. Bitcoin dominance has already fallen down to 30% do you really think the dominance could survive for 10 more years? Not at all. People are moving already and as more they move more we will see bitcoin moving downwards. |

for me bitcoin, will be overpassed by another cryptocurrency with more Tx and less energy consumption.
but cryptoand blockchain will enter other area than just money dapps will replace a lot of internet platform.

Bitcoin is a successful experiment, but it doesn't mean it will necessarily stay lke this. It has to evolve. One important thing is energy consumption. Another one is scalability.

There exists more than one thread/s asking the same question. So please lock this topic because it gets more infected with shitposters.
Widespread user base and acceptance is one thing that the community expects. Prices to go up more, preferably. Legit and good exchanges for trading crypto is a requirement that needs urgent consideration. The argument for it can go and on, about where will bitcoin, the pros and cons will be compared by bitcoin economists, and arriving at an exact conclusion is not possible, as there aren't many economists specialized in Bitcoin. So yeah.

Yes, I agree. We can not have any idea about what will happen 10 years later. This is crypto. We can't predict the next month. What about 10 years? What I said is the only things we probably can agree on: energy consumption and scalability need to be addressed. This experiment cannot be mainstream coin (as the name says) without addressing these 2 issues. |

Bitcoin reach a higher position in future. Its price also hit big amount. Predict on crypto currency is not easy but we can easily say that because bitcoin is a potential and strong currency. Hope that bitcoin price increasing rapidly and hit a large amount.

It will be a trillion dollar economy which is completely liquid. Youll be able to buy and exchange any asset through bitcoin. Its going to be fantastic. |

It will be a trillion dollar economy which is completely liquid. Youll be able to buy and exchange any asset through bitcoin. Its going to be fantastic. You probably are another Bitcoin fan. The fact is that to date Bitcoin is looking to start up and is about 12,000 dollars. I was very happy when they raised themselves to 20,000 dollars and it brought me very good income. But what about the investments that have recently made but at a price of $ 15,000? |

I don´t think bitcoin is going to last 10 years unless it goes a full technical revamp, because it has become so centralised that the decisions are no longer benefiting the community and are creating useless forks that should not be needed at all.

The fact is that to date Bitcoin is looking to start up and is about 12,000 dollars. I was very happy when they raised themselves to 20,000 dollars and it brought me very good income. But what about the investments that have recently made but at a price of $ 15,000? You should invest your money in bitcoin and then hold it for some long time because its price will more grow up and it will give you best profit, I think bitcoin price will more increase in future in 5 or 10 years and bitcoin users will very happy because they will get big profit. |

As a bitcoiner i should always look forward and be optimistic that bitcoin will last forever. Hoping that 10 years from now bitcoin economy still the number in crypto currency and it will continue to soar high. It continue to bring good and brighter tomorrow for the people who are engage with it and hopefully many people will encourage to do bitcoin in order for them to have an earning too to sustain our daily needs and buy whatever we want to buy.

Not many people makes use of Bitcoin in my country, I don’t even see people that makes use of it where I live, except the one person I introduced to it, but he’s not using it, cause he wasn’t able to earn anything from it. From the way I’m seeing it, Bitcoin might just be as it is in next ten years, unless you mean in terms of price difference. |

I think it will change the whole community and create a world which has much more balance between the first, second and third worlds, work will be put in a different perspective where people actually make effort to help eachother out and spread consciousness worldwide. A new era
10 years is a very big time, I think that in the next 5 years the entire world will use bitcoin as their regular currency and all the dealings will be in bitcoin. All the shopping will be online and bitcoin will be the only acceptable currency all over the world. May the governments also legalize bitcoin and there will be no country that will not accept bitcoin. Big companies have already started accepting bitcoin. |
