Rise has huge potential. Many different programming languages, new company structure with foundation set up in Gibraltar. ETH is the best altcoin there is no doubt in this after bitcoin I believe in ETH and about Monero I don't have much knowledge. after ETH i will try to hold waves. i think this coin will improve a lot in future. these are my 2 coins. apart from these coins, IOTA is best but a long term I am not sure.

A friend told me about Power Ledger and it seems to be a pretty good project with a good team behind it. Had a recent pump so not sure how much room there is for short term profit but could be a hold and see.

According to current market scenario I would say Stratis, Dash and DeepOnion are the best altcoins in my opinion to get good return in 3-6 month time frame. But do your due diligence before selecting any altcoin.
