Probably you've done a wrong straps, with samsung memory you could apply the UBERmix straps, just follow the steps provided here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1954245.0for Editor https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1882656.new#new

what driver version are you using?
I recommend using the Beta for Blockchain Compute driver.

On the ethereum with this driver, I actually got a +5 mp gain on one card, but with it does not run well on the cryptonight algorithm, Claymore simply halted after 1-2 minutes ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif)

The KEY point to have a good hashrate, is to mod your bios, and your memory timingsThere's a lot of topics here about modding your RX580 BIOS, search for it Good luck, and let us know ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

75W is in GPU-Z, not wall, and with ETH-only (not dual mining). Dual mining... <100W in GPU-Z is quite good.
