I don’t think it is a good idea to earn money in pump and dump. You will never know when the dump start and you might be losing money or become a bag holder.

There are some signs, one of them is when you suddenly see many people start to talk about coins you don’t see any good.
Users who have been with bitcoin or the one with a good understanding about the same will have a clear vision about the bump and dump. It is good to make use of the fluctuations rather than the bump and dump, because fluctuations happen quite often and the same is  limited to some extent. When it comes to dump and pump it is a large level variation.

I have some different views with you. Investment is always risky and you must accept. Dump and Pump are good opportunities to get money. You should learn more to know the signals of the market.

nobody can predict when they will pump or dump, But their have some indicator like if you see the market and if you have enough experience then you will understand automatically, so just keep your eye on market. Smiley
This is good advice, and here I would add my take on this. One thing we all need to understand that bitcoin works on the algorithm and if you are good at math, then the best solution will be that you can take all the readings of the market and make a chart of it, study it deeply. Keep a close eye on the recent development and deploy them there. This is how you can feed your instincts to guide you about the further behavior of the market.

Hi. How can you recognize pumps and dumps for any coin? Is there any universal indicators? I mean to predict it. Maybe there are some non-market signs (banners, posts, etc.)
Should I avoid pumps and dumps or try to earn some money?
It would be interesting to know your opinion, guys! Thanks

I think pump and dump may be very profitable, but not for anyone, because you should be able to do the things contrarywise..

I`ve noticed that it`s very hard to buy coin at the bottom, when everybody selling and dumping it, and it`s feeling very easy to buy on top, together with all that stupid crowd who will lose their money soon

So this is the psycho-indicators, beware of crowd, don`t buy on top, do contrarywise

Pump and dump it's a part of business and no need to worry about it because it's price is connected with market trade some time it's price will pump and sometime it's price will be dump I looking here that a lot of people are worry about it's price bitcoin is now very stable in market and day by day it's price is going high and nothing will happen to its price because bitcoin know how to take it price from high to highest so just keep yourself busy with bitcoin.
The thing we should really bother about is on those pump and dump schemes which price manipulation is really possible but on those coins who do have lower supply and lower cap which some people do really take some advantage specially on newbie trader which do easily believe into their scheme on scamming or fraud. Profiting is possible on any way and its not really necessary or need to join up any groups. Pumps and dumps is just normal on this very volatile market of cryptocurrencies.

I agree that its normal in a sense that most of the crypto currencies right now were really volatile specially the diversions can be so unpredictable. Trades now became so fluctuating compared than before due to bitcoin lately has a very huge price in the marketplace, but currently the price declines again with a value of $15.5K. Now I see that price of alt crypto currencies might pumped up again and gained its value so people can divert their assets again to alts and btc value will also stabilized at aroung $14K to $15K before we really hit that $20K by the year 2018 as speculated by most of the people.

Pump and Dump is a good opportunity if you can hit it perfectly with good timing. Its kind off riskier than casual Investing, but greatly rewarding considering its  time. Basically its a general sense towards the market and its movement which clearly sometimes doubt fully indicates pump or dump.

I am against pump and dumps, this is the reason why crypto currencies has a long way to go for main stream adoption, it's too volatile. Pump and dumps are somewhat responsible for that volatility. everything is now way overpriced and everyone want to become a millionaire over night. A lot of scam project emerge for quick buck because of this too.

Pump and dump are always actually driven by news. If you want to gain profit you must keep yourself updated about the coins or tokens you are holding. Emotions are your worst enemies if you are not used to it, then you must be. Remember there is also some coins which is used for PUMP AND DUMP SCHEME which leads you being scammed.
The pump and dump in the market value of any coin is very much unpredictable and it can happen anytime. You really need to be mentally prepared all the time to cash that opportunity which is available to you in a better way. Buy more bitcoins at the time of dump and do not sell your bitcoins at that very time. however, at the time of pump sell your bitcoins only when you are getting the required amount of profit.

In actual practice it is not possible for the exact prediction for the pump of the coin Because the reality run in cryptocurrency that Thier flcutuations will happen but not at how high and how low .
But still here you can follow news about cryptocurrency ( particular coin , altcoins , bitcoin etc ) and also you should see toward the rumours that run in cryptocurrency market usually , these causes pump and dump , if you can understand that news is news or rumour then you can expect that is dump due to fake news , and then you can buy and after sudden stop of the rumours price for that particular thing increase .
So make inevstment in that thing which is going much down due to rumours , otherwise pump and dump groups are at telegram are Many who will only lost your money .

What do you expect in a crypto world? Ofcourse the price is driven by the investors but somehow the price fluctuates and some wants to manipulate the flow to make money. Another thing is its like bitcoins we cannot drive the price by our own so its better to ride in the flow.

The manipulation that takes place actually effects the fundamentals of the coin. Because many genuine investors would purchase the coins considering it as a good prospect and price is also rising. But it was a manipulative move due to which price rises and than comes the dump part where it crashes badly and all genuine investors loses their money and they consider it as a bad coin or fundamentals is not that strong and thus possible that it may never rise again or take a lot of time to come back.

there are actually groups that provide information pump and dump but it's all just a hoax because they buy the coin that will be in first pump they provide information to buy the coin in the pump and instantly they will make the price to be down again and your dump will be depressed, better study just the existing charts and see the market situation.

we can read the charts and the latest information situation on the internet or the information directly from the offiicial fanspage of the coin itself because we can benefit when it happens and we have to move quickly in order to take advantage of the price differences that occur and can take advantage of the difference.

While most people will say you cant use charts as a basis if coin will pump any minute, In may experience, I check the charts and check the volume and if I see the coin has not been pumped for more the 72 hours that coin is a candidate, next is I look at the trade volume, if its a single digit, another points for that coin. But I would still observe the buy and sell volume before I place an order. I dont Buy coins that are in green land, I always start from those in the red zone.

I'll tell you this, the big people behind these pump and dumps usually bought their coins a few months ago or few weeks ago. They usually select a small volume shitcoin. Once their positions are stablished. They will announce the pump and dump to their 1st level members to make a buy. Next they will instruct their 1st level members to spread the news so 2nd level people will buy again making its 1st level members profit encouraging others. Now the coin will pump.

Now big whales will start to dump their investments slowly. 1st level members to follow. Loosers will get rekt from buying the top.

Sometimes you should consider that the pump and dump happened due manipulation, it feels like a smart way to fools people , smart way to scam poor people. That time the big whales make money , yeah they are collecting money from small players. It's not fair indeed, so just be careful.

honestly unless you are in the pump and dump group orchestrating the pump and dump, by the time you realise a coin is being pumped it will be to late to buy as you have missed the right moment, and you wont end up with much profit (you may possibly even end up with a loss). Dont get into this stuff and risk your money blindly.

one thing i can suggest is to look for signs and signals within the market. the easyest way to get proper genuine signals is to basicly join signal groups that give signals based on news or big announcements coming up instead of just wrecklessly pumping and dumping coins.

discord channles are great for this, out of all id say this one is one of the most reliable (https://discord.gg/ZHpDE6z). it also has opinions/advise about other coins aswell, with quite alot of contributers already experienceing a fair bit of succses.

of course signs and signals are to always be taken with a pinch of salt, but the further you immerse yourself into the crypto world the beter.

Pump and dump is a very risky strategy for those who are just starting in trading. We know that prices change almost every second. A little late or little early could mean a lot to you. Better to feel the trend of the market.

Volatility of bitcoin is the very interesting price in bitcoin,, this makes profitable income of bitcoin trading during pump time. It is very important to monitor your coins so that you can have the price you long enough to be rich or to make your money plenty. Pump and dumps make sense to bitcoin.
