I have always used for mining Nicehash. Very convenient. Payment in bitcoins. No complicated settings are not needed. Automatic switching between algorithms. Now the site is hacked. I think that they will solve their problems one day. My rigs don't idle I want to switch to another service. Who knows such a website?

There are plenty of other services... Miningpoolhub, zpool, hashrefinery, and many more.
