It's Christmas season, and maybe many people are using their btc's for Christmas use. Nothing is guaranteed here, and the market is unpredictable.
If you want to have more profit then hold it, but if you want to play safe bring out 50% and leave 50%. I'm not sure if bitcoin transactions are now expensive. On the other hand, I believe bitcoin is still on its way on increasing its value.

Rather than asking others, I believe that you should take the decision yourself. First you need to analyze your financial situation. You need to check whether your portfolio is diversified enough or not. If it is not so, then it won't be a bad idea to sell some of your coins to purchase some other type of assets, such as treasury bonds, or mutual funds.

I think we need to look at the price change of min. 1 month, to consider if Bitcoin is dropping or increasing. So I think there is no need to panic.

It will be your choice wether to sell or patiently wait until.its market value again, increase. Bitcoin is volatile in nature and changes on its market value such as deflations should not be that surprising. it is normal in other words. And with such, if you are aiming for bigger prifit in the future, you better HOLD since it is expected to be more expensive in the future. That's right, it's your choice depending on what your goal is. If you feel that you would need to dispose it for profit right now basing on how much you got it for, then by all means, you should. But, if you think that you should get more profit from it, then hold on to it. I, personally, would choose to hold onto it because it would surely rise up, bitcoin has that characteristic of going up and down in mere seconds, which should be expected by now. So, like most reply states, no need to panic. Exactly it is depending on our decision either a person wants to hold bitcoin or want to sell it. If a person is having a lot of money that he can get easily what he want then it’s not god to sell bitcoin but if he is not having money and having very serious problem then he can sell it at the time of need. Although you're seeking for our opinions but the final decision is coming from you. If you feel that you've gonna earned by selling right now then just do it. But if you believe that bitcoin will still recover from falling, then keep you bitcoin for it. We are here to earned and to encourage everyone to be independent. No need to panic. Do what your heart and mind desire, if you think you already made a big profit from it I'm not seeing anything wrong if you will going to sell it since a profit is a profit. But since Bitcoin has a long way to go, better hodl still a large amount of it so you won't have any regrets as it is still projected to increase more next year. It is fun riding the crazy price rally of it and a lot are into that ride. |

Considering the fact that you have huge Btc in your wallet, you can actually sell, now that the price seem to be going down. But you don't have to sell all, just part of it, then hold the rest for long term's sack. Though, the price might be going down now, doesn't mean it would not still go back up. |

Bitcoin's just going through correction, first it's gonna drop then it's gonna go the moon. Don't panic and don't sell. Remember the China fud, Bitcoin went down from 5000$ to 2800$ and now it's 16000$. |

I think that patience is the key to success in professional traders, and this is especially true in an asset as volatile as bitcoin that has proven again and again its great volatility and its tendency to experience large corrections of up to 40% of its price in a matter of hours.
Therefore, if you do not have the mettle to withstand these large fluctuations, maybe it would not be such a bad idea for you to sell your bitcoins and enjoy a quieter life.

Yes, drop slowly happen when it was correction, but recently we have stable condition along this week. Avoid panic selling was discussing many times, we should stop this as BTC has volatile conditions and it's normal. If you want to make short profit then you can sell it, but it will not change anything because BTC price will recovery soon. |

Do we really have to say and discuss this over ? Panic selling is really breaking lots of hopes and limiting a lot people to get a small fortune from this much promising cryptocurrency . Whenever bitcoin falls people tend to go sell their funds thinking to get before everything goes bananas . What will you think if you see bitcoin in a year or so surpassing 50.000$ per coin ? Wouldn't you hate yourself ? Bitcoin has managed to grow further after each decrease and history shows lots of occurrences to such thing , people should learn from pas mistakes ! .

Do not sell your bitcoin and wait for it to rise again. The bitcoin drops because there were a lot of holders sold their btc maybe because they needed it urgently. As time goes, new people will invest and bitcoin's price will rise again. Be patient enough to keep your bitcoin cause if the time comes and the bitcoin rises again, it could be a win win situation for you. |
