I believe that everyone that is selling now is smart. Everything can happen towards the end of the year. Maybe we even see a crash back to $10,000 or less. I sold half of my BTC when it first reached $16k and am totally happy with this decision. The other half is still there and waiting for whats to come.

I am also doing that, Maybe the hype is only because of the christmas eve today that's why bitcoins value is massively increasing and we need to cash out our coins before the value of bitcoins crash down.

even if i try to sell some of the profits in order to withdraw my main capital, don't want to sell all. because before every big event on bitcoin, there are speculations about its huge decline but never happened lately. i don't think it would drop so badly before the end of the year but still, who knows.

Bitcoins price is surging so high that we get posts like this in the front page and when you look at the price the dip only lasted a few hours... We might be pushing for another all time high tonight already!

As an investor you decide on what to do in this circumstances, this happening is not just happening now because you should have known or noticed that bitcoin is volatile in nature. An investor should be a risk taker so in this situation if I were to be in your shoe I will just relax and wait for the peak.

Bitcoin now drop for a while should I sell this or hold what should I do?
I have huge btc in my wallet.
Please share your opinion about this.
If you are worried about slight price movement like this then maybe holding bitcoin is not for you.
I've seen so many bitcoin spikes and downfalls over course of years and I am not shaken by +-10% price movement.
Bitcoin is destined to reach the moon - so just enjoy the show and hold - if you have guts, you may want to sell coins after every decline and rebuy.

Unless you are trying to profit with every up and down the market has, it's probably best you don't look at it so often. Like with everything, there's going to be risk, but you might want to look at something less volatile if it's too much for your nerves.

If you are broke (in terms of you want some cash to be at hand), then you can sell some of the coin, but if you don't have issues with cash at hand, then, there is no reason for you to sell. Try to learn how to control your emotions.

Last few days ago the price of the bitcoij decreased but after few days ago it will back again to the current highest price and today it's now $16,800 dollars and I think it will increase more in the future so be ready and for sure if you hold and keep buying bitcoin you will earn more profit. I think the best you do if you see bitcoin decreased you will buy more bitcoin.

The coin market is a big mess right now and cause of unbalance Bitcoin is struggling with a price. Because of the difficult unique blockchain that has a limit, this is just a temporary fall and in 2018 BTC will rise even more. I would recommend you to keep that gold mine of yours that you have in your wallet. Crypto world is a risky business and many people are getting afraid and are backing up with just a slight change in price that is changeable. These kind of people are doing bad trading business. Make a little investigation of your own and you will find out that Bitcoin has a potential of rising very high this year.

The value bitcoins in the market is always volatile but it does not mean that it will drop massively and go back to $10k because bitcoins today is very popular and there are a lot of people who already invested on it.

It will be your choice wether to sell or patiently wait until.its market value again, increase. Bitcoin is volatile in nature and changes on its market value such as deflations should not be that surprising. it is normal in other words. And with such, if you are aiming for bigger prifit in the future, you better HOLD since it is expected to be more expensive in the future.

That's right, it's your choice depending on what your goal is. If you feel that you would need to dispose it for profit right now basing on how much you got it for, then by all means, you should. But, if you think that you should get more profit from it, then hold on to it. I, personally, would choose to hold onto it because it would surely rise up, bitcoin has that characteristic of going up and down in mere seconds, which should be expected by now. So, like most reply states, no need to panic.

Now is the time we should hold it still as I see its going down and again coming up. The volatility is high right now. Better to hold it as per the recent news I read good future prospect.

But its upto an individual to do what, and as per there requirements. Personally I wont as I just got into this market.
Yes i also think that one should not sell bitcoin at the moment. He must not go for a foolish step because bitcoin has a lot much to achieve and its worth will even raise more. So wait for the miracle to happen when bitcoin will replace all regular currencies for buying and selling in daily life. Hold your bitcoin for some years and enlist your name among rich of the world.

You don't have to be panic now. If it will drop just let it drop for a few. It will still go back anyway. I don't think it's already on its limit. Too far from that. If you got plenty of it then thats good don't worry that plenty will be huge soon. if it will drop big then it will climb more bigger after. Just check on chart what happen. After a drop there will be a huge climb of BTC. But it's just an advice. It's your money you can do what ever you want. But just wait for couple of advice first and think twice before you do any action. Just make sure you will not regret it in the future. Good luck mate.

I suggest not to sell your bitcoins at the moment, there is certainly a corrections happening with the price due to some taking profits, but it is a certainty that it will continue to increase in the coming days or week, when is this? We really don’t know, which is why its wise to not sell. What if after you sell the price jumps again? Then you will be forced to buy again at a higher price. Just be patient and trust in your bitcoin.

Better not to sell your Bitcoin. Hence the price of the Bitcoin always fluctuate. If you feel that its good time to sell, then sell it because it's your own money. Further, don't regret in future if something goes wrong

yeah I see btc price becoming stable lately with small ups and downs in the past few days, if you needed cash to use for something might as well wait for a time in a day where the peak of btc price reach if not you should hold it and wait for another pump.

Bitcoin price is always up and down. But the decision is on your hands, I don't want to give any advice to you because that is your money and your responsibility. Hold bitcoin long term is good for our future.
