We know that the two currency that is listed above were the best currency. As we can see in the coinmarketcap, bitcoin is the top 1 and the ethereum is next on it. And if look at its market capitalization there is a huge difference between them so that I choose bitcoin.

Ya both of this coin had it's own strength. Based on your investing amount,you can choose the coin.If you have more dollars and looking to inverse for short time you can choose of Bitcoin.Or else ,if you have looking for long term and with low dollars you can choose the Ethereum.

each of them has each benefit , bitcoin was the revolution , like the first one who climbed Everest , every one who hear about cryptocurrency think about bitcoin unconsciously , but ethereum used that block chain invention better and more optimized , another differences is the total supply , the bitcoin total supply is about 21 million when ethereum is about 100 million coins so thats a huge number compare with bitcoin supply , i have both of them in my portfolio but more bitcoin because i believe in it , and it has less back trace than ethereum if u see the chart view from beginning.

Right now bitcoin price is very high and many people cannot afford to buy bitcoin. But ethereum is cheaper than bitcoin and people can buy ethereum easily at huge quantity. If we talk about the future after 5 years then Ethereum will give a tough competition to bitcoin and it will target more audience as compared to current audience.

They are really different and bitcoin is far away from ethereum they are same coin but as to the dev and the concept still bitcoin prevails for me and to many people, but when it comes to profit they both will give you a good income but you should prioritize bitcoin over it since bitcoin will give you more profit.

This prediction is a bit vague, because on what analysis are you saying that etherum will give more profit in next five years, I think bitcoin will give more profit than etherum if you invest in it, because so far it has not lost the confidence of all their investors and it is not going to loose it in the future as well.

So in my opinion, if crypto currency will get the legalisation in next 2-3 years, then catching bitcoin will not be possible by other crypto currencies.

For me is bitcoin because of high price of it and good for longterm or shortterm.  you can get a good frofit and its so very easy and safety to transaction. Theres have many people using or choose bitcoin   because of high pricing of it and very  trusting to invest it.

I'm afraid what you said was truth because almost every altcoin update there tech time to time and bitcoin operate 7 transactions per second while ethereum operate 15 transactions per second as we speak.

Ethereum for me a good altcoin if you cannot afford to have bitcoin, ethereum right now has a good price than before and I think it will go up high more because some investors like you are planning to invest more in altcoins and for me ethereum is next with bitcoin.

Both is still the best but if you are just looking at Ethereum then it could also explode in 5 years.

Looking at it now it was playing at 700 to 800 dollars and that is a great amount. Before it goes crazy in price and gets expensive then better get it now or it will be just like bitcoin where they say they cannot afford it anymore.

No one knows the future of Ethereum 5 years from now but if you're a person that is targeting profits for long term basis and you want to sure of it, then go with bitcoin.

But I can also remember a year ago that the price of Ethereum isn't that high but now it's really increasing everyday. Why not try to have both of it, they are both reliable and can generate profit to all of us?

I think both of them are really good for everyone. Ethereum will give you a good altcoin if you can not afford to have bitcoin, and now it has been worth at 700 to 800 dollars and that's a big money for you. Investing in bitcoin right now wouldn't be a good option as it might fall anytime and that's the time you can consider investing in bitcoin so that you make most out of it. And ethereum is exactly where people should be turning towards, which they are. A few days earlier a big drop in the market was seen but that didn't seem to affect the price of ethereum much. It is one of the most stable cryptocurrencies and it might be advisable to see it as a long term investment.
