You can buy ethereum but never put all your money in one coin or one basket. you can buy three or four best altcoins after proper study and hold them for long term to get better results.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

i see the future. ether will be 1k$ in 2018.  Cool

I also believe that it would reach $1000 and maybe even more in 2018 but I think it is still too risky to invest all your money. You should atleast save some for emergency situations or if theres another prospect for a good investment opportunity. You wouldn't want to just cut your loss when you need money asap.

that today the etherium has doubled its price in comparison with a sharp jerk forward Bitcoin, you can say something. Therefore, I have more confidence in investing in Bitcoin than in the etherium. Although definitely the etherium is a more stable currency.

it's a good coin, but in my opinion you should to keep attend to bitcoin first, then if you have invest on bitcoin, you can try to invest on ethereum. if you have much money, better to invest in some good coin that you think have good potential in 2018. do a research and keep patient to hold your coins for good profit..!

Definitely not, if that exact currency would go down you'll literally loose all your money. I see the best option is to put your funds into 3-4 currency so that might protect you if something go unpredictable.
I agree that you do not need to put all the eggs in one basket. Diversification is our everything! Even if it is a basket with ethereum) If you take 3-4 currencies, then for me the most promising and reliable ones are: bitcoin, ethereum, IOTA & NEN.
you may have ethereum but not all of your funds not all of your money would probably put on it you can have atleast some choices also but what if your money that you have been talking about is that was been good also in just one , for me it is probably to put in it ethereum cause we see how good this currency is for.

Even if the etherium grows to $ 1000 in 2018, it does not mean that you need to invest all the money. You need to remember about security and allocate all your funds to different wallets

Yes, diversification in the crypto-currency world as well as in other worlds is simply necessary. Ether is undoubtedly a promising coin, but even in it it is not worth investing all your savings

If you are thinking of investing in ethereum, invest now as the price of eth is low because of the correction and in 2018 it will easily cross $1000.

is your choice to make, because the rise and fall of your success depending on the part you choose...
buying Ethereum with all your savings is good but it some how bad as well, lets look at the advantage of it, assuming you buy it when the prize was at 300USD and sell it when it has rised to 800USD you will see you will make a huge gain and profit, the disadvantage of it is that you can buy it with such amount and be waiting for the coin to rise so that you can sell it up, and the coin drop below standard, or what if your wallet is being compromise how will you feel or what will you do.
what i will advice you is that you should buy with some of your money and leave some so that when you experience loss you can easily recover

I think you are right, I think Ethereum will go way over 1000, but you should never buy anything with all of your money and should never invest money you cannot afford to lose. Be smart!!!

Well, again we waited for the next drop in the price of Bitcoin. Falling to 6000 dollars is a very huge decline, but if you look at the etherium, then it is still stable compared to Bitcoin. I have long said that if you make investments, then only in ETH.

Quite an optimistic forecast) I hope that you will be right. Today I purchased a position on eth and other crypto-currencies on correction. I hope for further growth

The cheaper ethereum we hardly generally see. I agree with the writers above, you need to buy! I do not know the reasons for this correction except for the re-purchase, so I boldly sold my apartment and bought it all  Cool

Dont really like puting all the eggs in the same basket but if you are in it for a long run and not a day trader this isnt a bad idea as ethereum will worth way more then the current price is.Eth should go pos or dpos stage how vitalik likes to call it at the end of 2018 and with it price should go way more, like to 5k since eth will be everything that btc was supposed to be and more

It's up to you if you will pull all your money in Ethereum it is on your own good,Ethereum is good investing but sometimes we cannot predict the following day comes it is to risk if you will just focus for only one currency.

Eth is the most stable one out there. It's very possible that it will reach even more than $1k in 2018, and it is a very good idea to invest a good amount of money on it.
But diversity is also a key. Try putting some on other coins and ICOs too. Just learn more about it and if you're comfortable then give it a go.

Putting all your funds on one card is always a bad idea. Of course there is a chance that you will earn a lot but just the same you can lose a lot too. Even tough, I am a big Ethereum enthusiast, yet I would not put my all money only in one coin. The best option (also from the educational point of view) is to make market research and find a few coins from different groups (like in top 10 / top 50), which you believe have potential and invest in them propotionally. As someone wrote before, diversity is a key here!
