I can not say you should buy etherum with all your money, because there are a lot of coins with great value out there. You can choose two to three different coins and invest instead of focus on only etherum.

I also think about buying ETH if it reaches 300$. I still believe that ETH will be one of the leading coins in the nearrest future. It hasn't yet reached its full potential. Especially I expect a huge growth when Vitalik implements POS. According to the roadmap it should happen somewhere during this year.
