I dont understand how it is going to work. There are so many problems when it comes to collecting information. Not everyone will share it. There’s no motivation to do so. I cant imaging what it is going to be like.

I think company will find a solution. If someone refuses to provide the information they can still be motivated. For example, with money. That’s what carVertical experts are going to work on.

Okay, fine. But if a car was registered in different countries it is a big problem to figure everything out! what are they planning to do about it?

Every country has its own rules and regulations  regarding cars. I guess carVertical experts will study them and adjust accordingly.

It’s great that your database will store even the reports on servicing of vehicles. Can you tell us, over what period will these reports be?

Hey there, carVertical reports will be launched no later than June 2018. The date is set in the agreement with Autoplius, Baltic's largest portal of automotive classifieds.

Hello. Tell me please, where will you find the info about road traffic accidents which are not registered in the databases of corresponding authorities?

Hi. There are multiple sources in such cases, including insurance companies, state agencies, police reports, workshops, etc. carVertical will make cross-checking between various databases to identify the possible fraud.

Good afternoon. I’ve came across the problem that the real story of a used car that I was buying was concealed and it was impossible to learn anything about it. Will your service somehow solve this project?

Sure, carVertical will disclose a lot of facts from vehicle's history. This will significantly reduce the risk of fraud.

Dev, I see the system that is implemented in this project is very complex. I am sure this project will run smoothly and in accordance with what is planned if the developer is able to provide vehicle history data. Good luck dev

As far as I understand, you’re going to collect all the possible information about a particular car. I’m interested in the following point: which sources are you going to take the information about the cars from?

Hi, the data sources will include insurance companies, workshops, state registries, etc. carVertical will also get data by connecting vehicles.

According to your description, you’re going to use the mechanism of transparent determination of a price of a vehicle. Can you tell in detail how will it work?

carVertical will collect large amounts of data, including prices from auctions and classifieds, to determine the price of a certain car. The system will also be supplied with average depreciation values of car parts, to make the calculations even more precise. VIN decoding will allow to take all the options into consideration.

I wonder how you are going to gather info about a car if it was registered in several countries for last couple of years?

Hello. Look, this platform evaluates car price depending on the year,  average market price and so on. But let’s say I spent  $10000 on the car: changed the engine and stuff. How are you going to get the right price in this case?

Hi there! I don't know if it was answered yet, but how do you want to create incentive to have a car (especially a used one) and its data registered with your service and by whom? There should be so many car dealers out there that won't like this service as they earn some good money with odometer manipulation. Thanks for your thoughts on this.
