I bought tokens on ICO, but only now read the information that the data that I downloaded at the passage of KYC will be stored in the carvertical! Why is it needed? After all, they can steal and use in the fraudulent purposes.

I guess that would decrease the value of his car in the long run. If CarVertical really takes off, it is probably a value booster if you register your car on the blockchain. And if you don't people know that there is something fishy going on.

Hopefully more modern, with more supported countries. carfax looks like a legacy system for US cars only

I don't think it is overly difficult, but it is definitely a very time consuming process as I guess there is a lot of administrative setup required and probably also collaboration with existing relevant authorities.
