5 alt coins to hodl in 2018

- NEM
- XVG
- XMR
- LTC
- EOS

I know that it is unusual portfolio but I think it will pay back in a year or so

1. ETH
2. AION
3. OMG
4. POWR
5. DATA
In my opinion all these coin has big potential next year and the price will be continue increasing.

Ethereum is not an extra ordinary coin, it is just like other altcoins which are totally dependent on bitcoin for their market values and are also measured with reference to bitcoin. The thing is that you should include waves, neo and litecoin in this list because they are very much popular coins and promising as well with respect to bright future. In short, invest wisely in altcoins because they often dodge you.

Because all smart contract alts are the same thing to Ethereum as all alts to Bitcoin. Is the waves, neo and litecoin really promising or not that's about personal choice, but anyway that does not mean that Eth is same as them.

This is so surprising that you did not mention any common and popular altcoin in your list like you have missed ethereum, waves, litecoin and neo. All these coins are kind of leaders of altcoins and having very good market. Their investors are also increasing of daily basis.

I like to suggest you revising your list rather portfolio and try to invest into those coins which have bit larger market and are promising about making good profits.

Actually I am thinking about it lately, turning all your coins into Ethereum and Ethereum will grow instead of waiting for a long time for some coins to grow itself. I will just observe how well the coins performs but if the case is right then I'll keep them as other coins, otherwise, it's better turning them all into Ethereum.

I think in 2018 there will be a growth in the popularity of the Crypto currency and how compliance is the rise in prices. My five altcoins:
1) ETH
2) XEM
3) IOTA
4) ETC
5) LTC

Surprised I'm the only one with iota.
I know it went x10 in a month but I still think it will be huge in 2018.
I feel I've missed Eth good entry point and see better potential in smaller market cap coins.

I have IOTA and DeepOnion, Iota is a 3rd gen Crypto and will have massive implimentation potential. DeepOnion is a hidden gem in the privacy coin sector.

The potential for both is 10x for 2018.

Just HODL them!

I can't understand how you have not included Ethereum in that list. Ethereum, for me, fills all five spots.

I agree for me ethereum is very promising alt coins and It wouldn't be second to bitcoin in the coinmarketcap for nothing. Aside from that I learned that it is the primary source of trade in the etherdelta whenever you trade your tokens.

I think that despite ETH does not have the impressive growth likes others, it is still the second big coin in the market. You should remember that ERC20 is the platform for new tokens development. So, investing ETH in long term is a wise choice.
