It's not about "patience", it's all about timing: you need to act in the best moment. Of course, sometimes this means that you have to wait, and for this you need "patience".
But in a lot of cases people mistake"patience" with "procrastination" or just "hope", and this is a very bad strategy, as you lose a lot of opportunities.
So, dont' forget: in trading - as in life... - timing is everything.

Hi,

I see a lot of members waiting for like 7 days and they didn't getting any profit..
After 14 days the price is dropping..

They screaming on bitcointalk and Twitter.. (some of them  Grin)
My answer.. Just wait!

- Developers can't work 24 hours a day
- don't check the twitter or ANN every hour  Wink
- a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient..
If you wait a year or a couple of months you get much more profit.

It is normal for them to panic because they invest in it and they loss their money. We must encourage them not to lose hope. Maybe those people are doing a short term investment that's why they're are panicking. But, for you guys who already loss their profit, just wait. As of now, the best way to earn profit is to do a long term investment.

Will this is agood  advice to set and wait for our profit especially that you are a bounty hunter and waiting for your tokens of payments, but sometimes  your waiting of one months can make you frustation because the payments would extended into 2-3 months  ands its natural to the bounty joiner, to follow-up of its fruits of labor, because also he needed to get his share of profits for his personal needs and wants.

Profit will always depend on you, and whether the payment is delay or not nor the value of token was dropped it is still all up to you mate. Though it is right that being patience is one of the tools for us to get our profit. In short, its just a normal things to faced that kind of situation.

Many newcomers to crypto, when they buy coins or earn them, after seeing that the coins they have are increasing in the crypto market, they are trying to sell them quickly, but I think that it is not right to do so, because to get profit you need to wait like at least half a year in order to determine whether that or an individual coin to make a big increase, because in order for it to grow by an order of magnitude more than it is, it takes a long time.

If you want a short-term profit, it will be better to invest some mature coins, like bitcoin, eth, ltc. If you want a huge profit in a short-term, it's much like to speculate, you can join some ico, takes risk and then you can sell all your token and leave

Investing is a result driven game and I would suggest you look at this in two ways.
1. If you want to ivest in ICO then at launch if you have achieved your profit target you should sell and reinvest in another.
2. If you are investing in already launched coins then you may have to be patient for the mainnet launch or a news story that gives you the rise you are looking for.
Either way if you are picking good projects you should see some profits.

waiting will indeed produce something satisfactory. but, patience is very difficult to obtain, because sometimes holding at least 1 year it feels so long. well, even very few people manage to do that.

Long term investment is actually perfect in the crypto currency market if you really want to have huge profits, that is if you lack trading skills. The crypto market definitely give you good profits but these profits doesn'y come
Overnight, it needs time and effort; no easy way. So if you really want to gain profit, better be patient and allow your investment to grow thru time.

Patience is the main thing that I learned while holding some coins. Some of them I sold too early but I don't regret as there are still many good coins. Don't blindly follow FUDs that people spreading.

Some investors are really impatient, they invest today and expect profit in a week (how can that works?). Longterm investments yield more profit, it's not a magic, be patient for your profit... It's will surely pays. Regards

I agree, patience is a virtue. Earning isn't about one click of your finger and then wooolaa, here it is. It takes time for everything to happen. And don't expect too much because it will hurt. And by the way, thanks mate for the suggestion. It lights up my head. Goodluck cryptonians.

Thats the standart newbie fud you talking about. I think everbody who invest the first time in cryptos and never invested in something else before will cheack the twitter, announcement and charts every hours or more. After some months when you have some experience, you will totally change and dont watch every minnute to your blockfolio. Theres just one rule which you have to follow to dont make lose, and thats never buy a coin on the alltimehigh.

Actually if you hold on to your coins for a year or so you would appreciate the profits you'll earn by then. The problem with some is that they all want profits in a week or so, and it doesn't work that way because it depends on the market. Most especially if Bitcoin increases or decreases it's value, it does really have a huge impact on some of the altcoins.

It's kind of like the investors who complain that the coin didn't do a x5 when it's listed on an exchange. After ICO they'll demand for an immediate exchange listing and a x5. They have no care in the world for the actual roadmap of the project, only in their fancy Internet tokens going up in value.
