Day-trading is quite risky in crypto-market as unlike traditional stock trading crypto-market trades are based on pairs of crypto-currencies (eg: LTC/BTC, IOTA/ETH etc). In such cases mostly pairs are with BTC and BTC price is being really volatile now a days, you can't really do technical analysis of a crypto and predict its price when BTC is so volatile. So I suggest you to stay away from Day to day trade untill the Price of BTC stabilize.

The problem with day trading is that you need a lot of time seated in the front of your computer. Any moment, the prices can colapse and you are left with those coins with no value at all.

Exactly dude, a lot of time you spend when you do day trading over watching the price of coins in market exchange. Beside from that enlargement of consumption in electricity you need. Very risky when you picked up coin in altcoins because the price now is unpredictable because bitcoin is volatile, instead of day trading some people choose to hold or a long term investment waiting for bitcoin dump it is risk less strategy of earning bitcoin.
But their is some people who across the risk just to earned, they say risk is every where it is a part of success.

With the unpredictable changes in bitcoin price people have chose to hold instead of day trading,I mean the majority have.
How risky is day trading at the moment?

We can't measure the risk that we are taking in day trading. It all depends on how you'll taking the risk, there are people that are taking risk as if it's very low but for others that is the maximum risk that they can take. And if you are used to day trading I don't think there is still a thing that exists called risk in your vocabulary, you're earning that way so you must just look at it and treat it as a peanut. Others may see that day trading is risky so they are staying for long term holding.

I have also come to the conclusion that in these moments people are preferring to hold in the long term instead of continuing the daily trading that used to be more popular recently. And it is obvious that this happens because of the great acceleration with which many coins have experienced large pumps, which leads many traders to accumulate "promising" altcoins to avoid losing the next pump.

Personally, I prefer the discipline of old traders to trade daily and sell even my most "promising" altcoins once I reach the previously set profitability goal.

I think will be more risky than before because the price of Bitcoin soar, but the level of the risk can be reduce by some strategies and trading plan, so knowledge and psychology is important to minimize the risk.

Day trading crypto currencies can be so risky because of the spikes of the price regarding they follow the price of Bitcoin, it is better to watch out the price of Bitcoin so that you may have a good way of trading other cryptocurrencies.

How about you Play this way?

Whether you want to day trade or Hodl, Buy at the price you would want to Hodl?

If you are day trading, you still want to buy at Overprice if you think you can ride the wave and it can drop soon after you buy.

If you buy for little long term  (dipped down enough, not at peak price etc), then you can just wait if there is a temporary dip or choose to sell if it goes up little?

So when you buy, ask this question.

Would I buy at this price if Id have to keep it for few weeks? (that's pretty long term in coin market right now)

risky means inside of it has a lot of rewards , take it or go home. that should become your motto. considering crypto market are so active pretty different with fiat or stock market , you have a lot of chance to make money .

just the matter how could you do that? learn more and do more often so you will get used to do that.

How risky you say? It is so risky that you can lose 50% of your investments in just a day. That's why I prefer trading Ethereum. I just buy bitcoin every time there is a dip. Take the smallest opportunities while you can. Then I just hold it. Put it in my wallet then forget about it. I'll just come back to it when there's an urgent need of money or if the price skyrocketed so high that it even pierced through my wallet.

Trading is risky, it is twice as much riskier to first timers and is four times riskier if you do day trading. Buy low and sell high, this is the ultimate rule of a trader. Do not ever risk at buying at a high price and thinking that it may dump soon because what if it doesn't? You would not just lose your capital but you will definitey lose your mind. Haha. Just kidding.

thats true in day trading we must monitor bitcoin price to prevent lose cause bitcoin valued always fluctuated which is so difficult to predict when will be it the value goes up and down.  Cause sometimes when the time we sell the price also suddenly fall so i can say also that day trading on bitcoin is to risky nowadays based also on my experience.

Yes its true trading is so risky its like gambling that anytime you can lose your money that's why we need to spend time searching about the coin we want to hold.

Its more riskier then gambling, because day trading is something that you need to have skills for. You can gamble without any knowledge, to choose numbers and colors and just press a button, in day trading if you play on luck and without knowledge you will lose your money.
Don't daily trade if you don't know in what you are getting in, I spent a lot of time learning about trading and I still have bad trades when it comes to daily trading, market is not going in direction we wish all the time.

I'd say it's very different from gambling. You are using tools to help you make educated guesses. In gambling you are just betting blindly.

Daily trading in Bitcoin is very profitable in comparison with holding it.
the price spike is far enough to make people earn 10-30% daily profit.
Bitcoin's daily trading risk is when Bitcoin prices continue to rise and you're late to buy it.
It is certainly not very easy to do day trading in current market as there is always fluctuation in price of bitcoin on daily basis as requires proper check and update of the market. Those who wants day trading should be properly aware of the situation of the market as in volatile market you may lose money as it is risky. If you want to hold bitcoin for longer period after purchase in the market then your risk is low as you can wait for the coin to go up.

Its very risky nowadays because bitcoins value now are so volatile and very unpredictable, there will have a big pump and after a moment will be a big dump. Its more safe if you will just go for a long term trading and wait for your goal to reach for long term.
It is really safer to hold and then watch the tide of events or where everything leads to.
Day trading now is more like playing with the tiger's tail and you may not just get beaten but get eaten by the tigrish volatility of the market.

There is a huge instability now and a lot of uncertainty which is causing some pretty big fluctuations and unless you love taking risks, which can be profitable, I would not advise anyone to do it.

daily trading is mostly risk than longterm investment trading. i never thought to involve in day trading except there's a nice chance to do that. but you need to do analyzing some coins as your target, and it will not be easy. it's not as simple as you think dude. if you curious, you can try that way, if you get the profit i'm happy for you, but if not, keep learning and don't be regret.
