You are right, but from the view of an investor I also can say, for 536 pages no words from the team.
So lets be optimistic and looking forward to the switch.

Yea, I think they finally have something newsworthy and can tell the community. Hopefully it is the MVP. That would also help them find more investors.

Don't panic!
The project is alive. but owners and stakeholders do not see any reason for ICO at this moment. they do work with private investors and accelerators.
MVP seems to be released in Dec 2019
