Being disappointed in ourselves always happened several times every time we didn't achieve or meet our goals, especially when you know to yourself that you did everything to make it happen unfortunately it didn't. Just like the other people's perception, it is not easy to predict the value of coins in the market. The mistakes you have done for not having enough patience will be learned from you.

Cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and it is always effected by some pumps or dumps, so there please keep close eyes on that before buy or sell your holdings. It is also kind advise that never invest or sell in a bunch, always try to buy or sell in some parts.

I'm extremely depressed about my impatience and persistence.
I'm a stupid man. Fuck myself.
I bought the ETC when its price was 15$, i kept it for three months, including when it down at 9$, I still don't sell, because i believe it. And when ETC rise to 15$. I sold everything and waited it down $ 13 to buy more. But, fuck myself, the next day it rise to fucking 30$, Are you kidding me?
I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.

This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't  tell anyone about this, including my wife.

Do not call "stupid" because you're having that. The future is not a scientific thing. Everyone is stupid about that and can only predict with some percentage of certainty. All will not know what will happen in the future. So calm yourself and start to reinvest. Is not it better to fail first and succeed later than the other way around?

Yep, learning to HODL takes patience and a certain mindset, but if you don't mind waiting and watching through the swings, etc, a good coin will eventually give you good returns.

Do not be discouraged, because there are many altcoins that can make you rich, it's not too late. I have the same experience, I bought some altcoins, and I sell them. When the price was down because I was afraid of losing everything that the surprise was that my decision, unfortunately, was wrong, I found out that if I want to be rich, I have to take a chance, and that's what I'm doing now, and I do not regret.

I think you should not be disappointed because there are the lot of altcoins which is you make the rich man. another thing is that everybody should have patience and wait for investment. I have bought some altcoin and I am waiting when the price will be rise then I sell this altcoin. if you have a better experience in the trading then you will be most benefited. Do not blame yourself to much , such things is not rare in crypto . Usually people holding a lot of different tokens and coins in their porfolio , so even if you made wrong decision with one altcoin , you probably will make good profit with another . Which will compensate your previous failure

All I can say is Experience is the best teacher. You might have done stupid decisions in the past but it does not mean it has not taught you any lesson. It sure has taught you in a hard way. Do not quit. Improve your trading strategies basing from you mistakes and you should improve to be a good trader next time. Please note that all successful traders also gone through what you have gone now but it should did taught them a valuable lesson and that is why they are successful now and making millions.
