I can give you two important tips:
1. be careful and think before investing.
2. never succumb to greed.
Most importantly do not be greedy! This is the main reason for the losses.

To start trading seriously need to have enough free time for this. Personally, I'm still in the process of training, as soon as I understand that I can earn from it - I'll leave my current job

But you need to learn about trading plans and how to read charts and markets. You don't need to pay attention to the market every time and you can do something else.

There is a simple law, that if you would allow, cryptocurrency will consume all of your free time, you need to put some strict boundaries for that amount of time that you are going to spend on trading as researching everyday.

I am an a long time trader, I am trading on eToro - it is social trading platform so you can here copy some traders without doing anything. So easily you can find there some cryptocurrency trader, copy them, get profit. No time and no skill required.

Life of a trader is not as easy as been viewed by many, sincerely I think trading is little bit complicated than how we see it.
It is not easy to predict the price, which makes them make profit and some time loss.
So I think trading is not that easy.

It is reasonable and just follows what is happening. by following these then certainly will be more attuned and able to understand when is the time to open up the market and when not to open. When addictive indeed it is hard to avoid. After a long like that even now I'm used to and not too often open trading activities and choose hold.

You can use phone apps to alert you when a certain price is reached. This can help you a lot because you need some time to socialize with other people. If you stare at your phone for a long time your eyes will start getting pain.

I would advise you to reduce your activities to night only because if you continue to stare at you phone in the day during your job, you won't be able to do anything productive there and you won't be able to also make changes to your investment. Or better still if you are making enough money from your trading activities than I would advise you quit the job and focus on trading and be your own boss.

The time really takes this much to do! I spend about 3 hours a day at least a minimum, and this is only the beginning of the journey.

I think that you should live a life of a trader if you are ready to face risks. To my mind, this may happen any time and at the most unexpected moment. You should be ready to face it decently

In fact, a rather difficult period in the life of the trader only the first few years, until the moment when the trader will start to make money.

trading is hard work. Many newcomers do not believe in this, and it seems to them that the crypto currency gives a big profit without strong efforts. But this is not so.

I think you've taken the first step. You have acknowledged the problem. Now you can think about a solution. If you are feeling like you spend too much time monitoring your investments, you should probably change something. There are certain apps that can limit your usage of other apps. That may help. Maybe you don't have enough other interests in your life that could keep you busy. Try to get out more. Find some new hobbies or relationships. Some people pointed out that it might be good to set some timers or alarms. You could just commit to yourself that you won't check more than once per hour or every 2 hours of something like that. If you can keep your word, that'll help a lot.

The first thing I would like to say in this matter is - it is very, very hard. There are only handfull of day traders who are succeseful in long run.

The main characteristic of good trader is quality of remainig calm and push emtions aside, view situation in rational way and understand what can be done to resolve the issues and when doing good trades, not to become over confident and make mistakes.
This is called high level of consciousness. And as i said it is not easy, there are not a lot of people who can achieve this .

To my mind, the life of a trader is really great and I think that everyone can try it if you aren't afraid of taking risks and love adrenaline because they both are a part of the trader's life
