Removing of middle man is a very good idea of Bob's repair since contractor charges a lot of fees to the customers. They manipulated the skilled workers payment. They are abused in the system and I hate contractors.
In Bob's repair, it is more decentralized than usual. Skilled workers and customers can make any negotiation without any third person. Less consuming of time, reliable and easy payment than before.
I believe that this project is needed by our community. It can help to boost the skilled workers salary and at the same time, it can a way how to make the charges lessen than nowadays. Customers are well benefited by bob's repair.

Anyway, if it is fully implemented in the world and many people are using bob's repair. How de wo know as customers the profile information of the skilled worker? How do we know if they are strangers too? This is decentralized and there is no called contractors. I believe that tracking of information is important. It is for the safety of the customers.

Skilled workers must be well compensated. They're work is not easy. Imagine you are repairing things or house? It is so hard to do. They're skills are tough and they educate just to learn and adapt that skills. I just mean that skilled workers are important in our society. They must be paid appropriately with their service.
How can we pay them if there is a contractor who charges tax so much high? Middle man does not help the workers but they abused the labor man.
Its good to know that there is a new project that supports the necessity of us customers simultaneously, it helps the skilled workers to pay in a desired amount. The amount that paid for the middle man can give to the workers.

You don't trust him but many people supports John McAfee. It is like one versus all. I respect your opinion but the point here is that, he made a great contribution to promote this project and it very helpful for the succession of a project.
With his promotion, many people like me attracted with the project. Let's say this is bandwagon effect and people will engage and knows that there is a project that will help them.
Anyways, I am also has skills in electronics, I want to use it now but I don't want to apply in agencies. I want to offer my services and I think bob's repair will help me to showcase my skill and make it as my earnings.

Bob's Repair will still generate income, and i quote "Instead, Bob’s Repair will earn revenue by generating money through the STEEM blockchain, escrow services, and providing targeted beneficial third-party services to contractors and consumers.", as per their WP. To which i say, is fairly reasonable with all the app development and operations they have.

As to how many countries we will see Bob's Repair, reading further down on their WP shows that they are currently targeting the United States alone before pursuing the international market.  So i guess it's gonna take a little more while before we see Bob's repair in other continents.

The development of a certain project will depends upon the developers. Fortunately, it is a good advantage that bob's repair has developers with high potentials. The two Prandecki brothers are graduated in Harvard University with the course of ALM Management. There educational background is enough to prove that they had an idea about this new project.
John McAfee also played an important role for the succession of this project.
We all know that one of the attractive project is based upon the developers, uniqueness and authenticity of the project and the uses of the project for economic development and innovation.

Hey flash, I am sorry for the word third party because definitely escrow is one of it. I think that in order to be paid the services it is a must to have an escrow also, but now, we are in a fairly system wherein charges will become more minimal.
I saw in the video that bob's repair already operated in USA during 2014 and I think maybe it is the time that it will dominate with other countries all over the world. I like the way it built and somehow can help to the skilled workers who are willing to serve in an efficient time.
Perhaps there is a problem in allocation of skilled workers to the entire continents but I hope it will be solved and implemented in a short time of period.
