Str.minar.cc seems to be stuck. It hasn't found a block since 90440. https://www.miningpool.co hasn't found a block since 90474. Current block is 90982 according to my wallet. Does this indicate a problem with the network? I was mining locally last night too, and got one reject, when I would have expected a few blocks. Something strange is definitely going on. I tried to do a rescan on the client and saw this in debug.log Rescanning last 91200 blocks (from block 0)... ERROR: CheckProofOfWork() : hash doesn't match nBits ERROR: CBlock::ReadFromDisk() : errors in block header Have now removed all files in the StarCoin directory (except for wallet.dat obviously) and I am re-downloading the block chain.

Still at 29.9M for me, just checked. Moved all my miners to other coins for now. cK'

Just checked my machine for the first time since yesterday morning and it looks like it maybe stopped working around 1-1:30pmEST yesterday (8/21/13). Also, difficulty is @ 29.9m as others reported.
Guess it's time to move this machine to another coin...seems there's always some sort of problem with these PoS (Piece of Shit?) coins.
I'm glad that any mining I do is mostly just for fun.

Just find share (29.9M) for next block.

Transactions still work, going into POS blocks. I doubt there will be another POW block until a fix is made to the software.

Just find share (29.9M) for next block. I am not entirely sure that will be the solution. As far as I can see there was one block mined at 29.9M difficulty, yet there was no retarget happening. I think this needs a fix in the software. What's worse than the problem itself is the deafening silence of nzdude concerning the issue. A simple "looking into it" would be nice at this point. cK'

Just got the blockchain downloaded and the issue is with broken PoS blocks, easiest way would be disable PoS and rollback to state where blockchain was actually rolling with PoWs

Care to elaborate? How are they broken, and wouldn't it make more sense to just fix the PoS block generation? cK'

Dunno whats broken, havent have time to look at it any closer, but if the guy whose supposed to fix it is on vacation, coin is kinda screwed meanwhile

Transactions still work, going into POS blocks. I doubt there will be another POW block until a fix is made to the software. Are you sure about that? Transactions all stay at 0 confirmations for me, which would make sense as apparently the generated PoS blocks are invalid. cK'

What block height are u, I would guess that in your view it looks like you have mined every block since problem started, right? That's because you have prolly created a PoS block which no other client accepted, thus creating a personal blockchain fork. I wouldnt mine this until its resolved.
