If it was a scam, it was a very weak one. They didn't make off with very much BTC, they could have gotten a TON more. Time will tell.

I'd vote yes. Haven't heard from HashTech in any way. He hasn't logged into the forum, hasn't updated his site, and has not responded to email.

Yes it is a scam, no phone numbers, no address or proper name, no proof of qualification, no Avalon chip order reference or date.
