I'm having the same exact problem.

I tried withdrawing 1000 GOA from stocks.exchange and did not receive my coins. Also, the generated MN1 address (GTCL2Tdsn91GYLr6hZjh39mGZy8BG4tKpf)  doesn't show in my wallet.

I have the same error "WITHDRAWAL ERROR."

Can we please get some help??

I spoke with some people on Discord and this is almost definitely an issue from the stocks.exchange side - not from GOA. But I'm waiting for a response as well from customer support so we'll see...this is bullshit either way, it's literally $$ lost every minute they don't get their act together.

Yes I think the problem is on the exchange, since they didnt even show the tx id. Did you get any tx id on the withdrawal history?

I read some post on twitter and they did have problems on other coins too. It is very annoying indeed.

stocks.exchange is notorious for this, this has happened to a lot of coins in there. withdrawal errors, deposit errors and it could take ages for them to fix this,

I know a coin where it took them 2 months to fix. try to complain and they will hit you back with threats to delist. very professional.

Well, now I'm worried to withdraw my coins from stocks.exchange, but I would like to start my masternode. I think this is the reason why we are miles away from blockchain being a mainstream thing. So many problems with exchanges, wallets etc.

I deleted everything, only left the exe file and the wallet. It redownloaded everything and is now not stuck.

maybe problem due to firewall. Is an antivirus with a firewall installed? Also, try to disable the built-in firewall in Windows. I just reinstall wallet and it work now without problems

I have used this exchange to create desire masternode last week without any issue and I do agree with you that GOA developers should get in touch with Stocks.Exchange. If we could at least get an assurance that our money is safe and are being dealt with.

So an update: the first transaction took about an hour (from stocks.exchange to my wallet), then I have tried another one and it took about 10minutes and after that it takes about 4-8minutes to get the coins from the exchange to my wallet. But I still don't believe it much, so I'm always sending small amount of coins and wait until it arrives to my wallet.

It might take some time to get them from the exchange all, but I think it's worth it.

I think GOA needs a new exchange (like Cryptopia) ASAP!

Edit:  Be sure to send only 1000 goa, not more otherwise the masternode outputs command will not output anything.  Thanks to LsL.

Quick question:  I'm getting an empty response (just brackets with nothing inside them) when I type "masternode outputs".  What am I missing?  One thing of interest is that the directions ignore the address created in step 5.  I'm sure that step was done for a reason.  

I sent a payment to the new address I created via the Getnewaddress command requested in step 4 of this guide  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2593523.msg27210230#msg27210230 for a total of 1001 GOA.  I actually sent to transactions to that wallet, the first one was for .3 goa to test the transaction, then 1001 to actually fund the wallet, for a total of 1001.3 goa.  Thanks

Well, after all I’m able to withdraw, but as I wrote before, I’m withdrawing just small amount of coins in one transaction. It’s quite interesting that none of the crypto exchanges I’m using (big or small) is never responding to support requests.

Anyone know why my MN will not transition from PRE_Enabled?  I ran the start-alias command and got a result of successful.  It timed out earlier, and looks like it will timeout again as its been in the Pre_enabled state for 40 minutes.  I ensured that port 1947 on both my PC and server wallet are listening, so that can't be the issue.  Should there be a netstat entry for the rpcport that is configured in the wallet config file?  I don't see one, so maybe thats my problem.
