So may be you deposited, you put in a sell order and nobody bought yet?
Cancel you sell order and you should be fine.

(BTW Exchanges usually not scam within trades - they will just come up with a maintenance message and that's it.)

You should login exrates.me to see that . All people have logined announcing about that, you can read their chat and  search googles by words "exrates scam".

If you want to start well you should chose a good market, I know all team from rusia and exrates.me also from rusia. If you are not serious your project won't b successful.

Here is pic of of litecoin order in exrates, I sell my more 1.1 litecoin for 24h and not any buy order, I see some unbelievable sell orders which are from bots for examples rate is 2.5ltc for 0.0013 who is stupid to sell at that rate  . I have waited for hours overs hours for sell my litecoin. Even I sell in cheapest price. My prices are cheaper than any market.
