Upcoming ICO that I have high hopes for are DIW Token. There is a reason I chose to do this bounty campaign lol. I really think it has a chance to be the biggest ICO of 2018, and it has been getting a lot of hype even though the pre-sale hasn't even started.

My favorite ICO was thes FreelanceeCoin. It's actually ongoing and it helps a lot of people though. Their platform will gonna be launched tomorrow, January 31, 2018. I am currently in with this ICO and I am enjoying to be part of their team. They make campaigns in a lot easier way that no one could ever resist. I loved supporting then but it will  only take two to three weeks feom now before they end. So, i already had a great time with it, angmmd it's the best ICO I've joined ao far, but nevertheless, legal ICOs or any ICO that are legal will be great too.

I have several discussion Telegram groups about ICOs, then I look at the rating on ICOdrops and ICObench - after this I selected several ICOs - then I read the whitepaper, assess the idea, compare it with some competitors in the area a evaluate if the token has an actual use or is just worthless.
Good source of valid information is also this forum and reddit.

My favourites for February and March - Credits, Bubbletone, Effect AI and NEX (Neonexchange) - I really believe in the future of NEO platform ICOs - they are the future!

Do you ever look at community review/ratings for ICOs?

In my experience they're mostly all hype, some of them are even fake.

Safinus is pretty interesting. such type of projects is just starting to actively develop now. I believe platforms like that will be highly profitable
