What are the odds of actually getting an S9 from Bitmain when they are released?

I check Bitmain everyday to see if the S9's are in. I also follow them on twitter. I read in another thread they can sell out in an hour. I have only started this recently so here is my options I am considering.

1. Save what I have earned plus add some personal money and try to get an S9 in Jan at retail price. If this is even possible before they sell out.

2. Buy an S9 now if available at 2-1/2 times retail price. That seems to be the going rate for those who still have them or have pre ordered a shipment. Plus add even more personal money.

3. Buy another S7 now and wipe out most of the coin I have earned so far and hope that my increased earnings will help me get an S9 in the future without needing to add personal money.

4. Any other suggestions for a guy starting out. I have one S7 right now.

mine with the s7  trade for bcc/bch  which is the coin bitmain accepts.

look on bitmain.com 4 times a day

look on twitter 4 time a day.

when it goes on sale order it.

make sure you have your bcc/bch ready for it.

Yeah its one of those good luck getting one, also good look getting it on time and finally good luck and not get any sort of defects.

Sounds like a lot of luck is needed.  . Maybe Avalon is better?

But there is a strong reason for them not being sold out instantly - the price just doubled.

But this price is not inflated?
I think it's a bit expensive. Counting that bitcoin cash will go up seems more like a bitmain strategy to get more.
I find it very bad that the shipment is in February.
By February, bitcoin cash could go up a lot. And according to what they tell me, they use your miner until that date ... I do not know much about the subject, but if this is the case, then what renatability / real risk is there to undermine?
