I'm having a problem generating an address to deposit IC coins on  Cryptopia. Does anyone know if Cryptopia is having problems generating new IC addresses?

i had same problem on crytptopia few days ago , log out and back in worked for me , if that does not the trick better ask in chat or  go to support

I was mining IC on two different pools and I had separate addresses for each to keep track of how many coins each one. I just noticed that my mined stakes are showing up on either of them.

Should I send all the coins to one address for staking? Or does it even matter?

It shouldn't matter in the long run. Staking is a probabilistic process where your chance to find a block equals your relative contribution to all staking coins. Accordingly, coins in different addresses should give you the same chance over time as all coins in one address.

Staking is actually pretty good at 1.7 IC per stake currently. I also have the same problem as you and that is there isn't a whole lot of coins on the exchanges for us to buy so what I do is set buy orders and just wait for them to fill. Then as I'm building my way up to a masternode, I just stake for now as I think the 1.7 rewards are good.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with the rewards as well. I'm glad to have a coin where you don't need hundreds of thousands of them to stake. Going to be slowly building this one up while the price is low to add to my staking coin collection. :  D
