Show us where im saying "Contact me via "this skype" or via "this email" so you can somehow connect me with any of those emails (Don't forget i don't use gmail to not repeat your mistakes)

I can create also few emails/skypes and everything needed to chat between myself and fake email/skype and create awesome chat logs.
The bad part here is that those FAKE emails/skypes won't be somehow connected with you and they will be INVALID because there won't be single proof they are yours.
By the same way you don't have a single proof those emails or anything noted are mine.
