Missing withdrawal from BTCMarkets to Binance

Hi, I'd like to ask for your help with a BTC transaction (0.16288 BTC) I started last Thursday (14/12/2017 20:16:53).

I've contacted BTCMarkets and Binance multiple times but they haven't replied any of my emails or social media messages.

BTCMarkets shows that it's been processed but the deposit hasn't been recorded at Binance, and there's no trace of the transaction at

What else can I do to find this transaction? It's been five days and it's still "Transaction not found".

your transaction probably got dropped by most nodes and (probably) only btc.com has it now. there is no actual problem, you are only worried about your transaction not getting any confirmation because of low fees. you can try to submit your transaction in any accelerator you know of

So, it looks like it got rebroadcast at some point... Although, with a 60 sats/byte fee, it probably isn't going to get confirmed any time soon

I just paid for the accelerator, so probably that's why but there was no option to increase the fee. What are my chances? Weeks or days?

Just an update that my accelerator payment arrived to btc.com today and an hour after that the Bitcoins were deposited to my Binance wallet.

As I calculated, the fee should have been minimum 400 Satoshis per KB, while BTCMarkets only added 61. Interestingly, they added a comment about this on their Facebook page:

At this stage we have a system that hard codes the withdrawal fee but we intend to have a user configurable fee in the future to help during congested periods.

Anyway, thank you for your help. The accelerator was the quickest solution.

My transaction was found on Blockchain after 15 hours however it is still unconfirmed it makes my sick.

i found if btc withdrawal is greater than 0.3 it will stuck in blockchain for ages compared to the amount less than 0.25 in this exchange
