Exchange listing is not cut and paste. Sometimes it happens without you even asking them to do it.
All I can see in chat is admin taking care of the requests one by one. Once your issue is found and rectified then I see the requester thanking admin for their help...
What is fishy if not ur fud?

check you gwei limit and the normal gas rate on ethergasstation
other then that not much can be done
And for the how yo u can send wrong tokens, the answer is simple. By not looking a contract address and sending one of the deprecated token version
good token is the one that start with 0x97 i think
