In my opinion it was supposed to be SIA that has good market cap though very low I am pretty sure. But in my opinion I am not really sure whether there are coins with low market cap that are really good. We need to research both the companies and individuals that develops the coin to see if they are worth the investment.

Under 10 mln market cap, today was listed on Kucoin.
More room to grow.

In my opinion NEO and IOTA are crypto coins with a low price. Considering that today all crypto coins have fallen in price I think it is now time to buy them at a low price.

I have to say SUMO since it´s right now again under 20M.... It´s a truly privacy coin started as a monero fork but doing their own roadmap and product now. cool features liek ghost addresses, mobile wallet and a decent workflow.. gonna reach previous ATH soon.

A x1000 is quite unpredictable and extremely difficult to catch unless somehow you have some inside information on the coin or preferential investors supporting it. I would go for Deep Onion for a risky and promising one.
