I always think that BCH is manipulated behind the scenes, is it a group of miners? But I firmly hold bitcoin, even if the price of bitcoin continues to fall. It will not be transferred to other coins.
I will also continue to keep bitcoin if it continues to decrease further. Because I can see the bitcoin's ability to increase in the near future so I will continue to buy more bitcoins. I am buying more bitcoin with my savings, I hope this is the right decision.

yesterday the price of btc did get down, but by the new year bitcoin prices continue to rise, no need to fear the price down will definitely rise again, even more.

I was temporarily in the black again this morning when it was in the mid 17k, but seems to be down to low 16k again. I wonder how long this trend will continue before it spikes again. Still a little concerned since I vested a decent chunk of change into this thing and was hoping to see some kind of profit by now, not a major loss.

I thought that the prices would stabilize at somewhere around $17,000 per coin. But now the rates are sliding down once again and the current price is around $16,200 per coin. At the same time, Bitcoin Cash has breached all the previous records. Right now, it is trading at around $4,300 per coin. Two months back, it was trading at ~$300 per coin.

Well it's back up to 16,800 now. It's been hovering in the 16-17k range all day, so not sure what that says about it. Bitcoin Cash definitely is spiking though which is surreal. Almost feels like another get in or miss out moment a lot of people had when Bitcoin was just under 10k. Still hoping for the recovery..

Maybe it's to keep altcoin price stability, which is very susceptible to the rise in bitcoin prices, so I think it's to make the currency of the cryptocurrency ..

I agree with you, it aims to make all crypto grow together, so bitcoin users don't skyrocket because bitcoin is a top priority. If bitcoin prices continue to increase without decreasing, it will make other crypto fail and maybe later bitcoin will go bankrupt because the volume runs out.

All I can think about is panic selling.
I feel it too and I think it is not just me who have the same feeling of selling it since it is too large for an increase in just weeks.
Just got my strength from being optimistic that this aint over yet.
It might have gone down but it is fighting back up. So this is not yet over. There will be big waves incoming. I hope so.

I always think that BCH is manipulated behind the scenes, is it a group of miners? But I firmly hold bitcoin, even if the price of bitcoin continues to fall. It will not be transferred to other coins.

Behind Bitcoin Cash there are important "names", with large reserves of BTC that can dump from one moment to another to unleash a panic sell! There is no doubt that the price is manipulated... Coinbase has launched an investigation for insider trading!

I agree, but honestly the Main chain bitcoin needs to get on with fixing their issues, its unacceptable i know lightning is coming yaya but for the time being other networks are just plain faster, they need to fix it, as it gives the other chains ammo

Seems on the markets at present time BTC has come down. your thoughts on this and why you think it happened?

Do you think it will go back up? if BTC goes down way lower would it be wise to buy more into it

Yes, true, the price of Bitcoin has dropped a bit, but it is not the first time this happen, and it will not be the last, in my understanding, this is natural. The cause of this fall in price may be the increase in the price of BCH, or perhaps it may be because some big investor has made a sale, much speculation about it. Of course the price will go up again, about that, there is nothing to worry about (that's what I think)

Yes this is very strange, i dont know why the heck bitcoin is going down right now, a lot of people are saying that it is because of Roger Ver and his friends.

But no one knows the real reason of why it is doing so... I would keep waiting a little bit more, and if everything goes down above $10000 i will probably buy more bitcoins.

Who doesn't like to buy bitcoins at a reduced rate? lol.

BCH was most likely manipulated when trades were stopped at $9,500. I mean for what was going on last night, there were so many trades that were simply just halted. Millions of dollars at stake. Interesting, eh?

That is right. If we know one thing for sure, that price is manipulated by those gigantic investors. They even control social media to trigger panic selling to make it even faster. My only advice for you would be that please do risk management. don't take more risks especially in these days.

That is of course, when prices rise to the ceiling price needs to buy btc will decrease and investors are eager to sell btc that they own. That will reduce the btc price. Currently at btc prices are $ 16k, I think this is the right time to invest btc. But you also need to consider when investing because the current price is not low in the past.
