It will, altcoin prices are more volatile than bitcoin. It mostly depend on the project or altcoin that you are talking about, also the price is dependent on the bitcoins price since all altcoins' usd value depends on it Btc equivalent, so if bitcoin price falls, altcoin falls too.

Wow, seriously? I think that no one in here knew that! came on, it is not going to crash, and maybe it will have some "dips" if that is what you call as a "crash". You really need to introduce yourself a little bit better instead of posting this kind of sensitive information in here. at some point in the future alts will most likely crash again, it i how the market works.
nobody can really tell when or why however.
Alts have interesting property, if BTC go donw -> alts go down deeper, and if BTC go up -> alts go down deeper. So maybe the best stratagy will be - hold BTC while it go up ? And buy alts only if BTC go sideways. |

The alts are again all red, and I already hoped that a steady growth began. Perhaps soon there will be another wave of falling all coins. We need to be ready for this.

The latest correction is more or less over. It will take some time to go back to
last peak prices and new highs but that will happen.
I very much doubt that this will happen this year. If you look at statistics last year, then almost 2016 was a year of instability and decline, and 2017 was a year of active growth. Today the year 2018 has come and most likely it will be the year of the fall. Well actually many speculation nowadays are saying that the year of altcoin is coming. And this year many altcoin are bumping the market of cryptocurrency. Although some of them are experiencing fall down. And in short period of time they could recover. And sometime surpass its past value. Yeah I believe that this is the year of the altcoins and those altcoins with really solid development and not just hype will soon go boom but it will need time for a good project to be appreciated by the people and know their true value. Corrections are normal scenarios in the crypto currency world it will happen and will happen again.  |

Come on ! whe are in the world of crypto, everything can happen . If theres a crash theres a moon. Its not that always mooning , the market needs correction when the price of alts is too high or not balance. |

Definitely it will, i'm treating it as a normal occurrence here at cryptoworld. But as you see lower that dip it is undergoing, the higher the ATH after a big dip. Just look back on the past events, More and more alts are going to the moon after a very long dip. I believe this happening all the time, i call it a sling shot principle. The more you pull it downwards, the stone will be flying more upward.

The currently bloodbath on the market was causing of Bitcoin. It turns the market into period days. I think altcoins will crash again if Bitcoin crashes also. |

I can't believe that altcoins will never crashed yes it was dropping down their value, but it was not continue for long period of term im sure that this is for the meantime. Otherwise as I can see all altcoin in the crypto market was strongly crawling up to back their original value. I think after this crypto currency crisis all coins were recovered I believe that most of them are reach the peak of their value. |

Not fair of course .Btc up,alts down,btc down,alts down as well:)It will be always like this with most of alts,only btc stable mode is fine for us.Still you can make multiply your coins when they crash,if you are careful.In overall picture good alts are up anyway.So no worries.Just for some of them takes longer to recover

We can't know for sure but alts are now becoming more stable as they have real products to support their existence unlike other cryptos which exist out of speculations.
