Hacker attacks are dangerous for all exchanges of crypto coins. And there will be more and more of them. But exchanges are also taking active measures against hacker attacks. In my opinion etherdelt is the best stock exchange for the present day. I hope in the future this will not happen.

The blockchain team is already moving i think? The operation of etherdelta is on going. Yup etherdelta is one of the best stck exchanger here. And hope also that this will never happen anymore. Many people suffer from being hacked and stolen coins/eth.

Good god I did not make any transaction at that time because I'm annoyed on what the CryptoKitties did on the Ethereum network so I guess they are still  a blessing in disguise after all.

There are recently news that etherdelta has been hacked and i saw there tweet earlier this morning. And there are many users that there deposits have been loss due to this hacking in etherdelta.  Whoever done that will be rich lol , there are many etherium that are being loss of most users in that exchange.

                                               The one who did this will be rich and will enjoy all his life until he meets his death, and then clearly learns that the world in which he lived happily did not appear accidentally, but was created by the Creator.  And he will understand the transience of his earthly life and now, for all his bad deeds, he will have to bear responsibility, without the possibility of correcting that either.

The attack on EtherDelta was a case of DNS poisoning where the domain name for etherdelta.com was hijacked to point to another server.

Unfortunately in this case, using the official URL or bookmarking the URL will not have prevented exposure to the attack.

Lucky me, my token and eth is safe and now can transfer it to another wallet, maybe this is one of the benefit using decentralize exchange.

Is there any alternative to Etherdelta? I think that after the hacking this exchange will lose some users. Since trust is already lost. If the exchange was hacked once - they can crack the second one.

Yeah, basically if you kept your private keys you can recover your funds without accessing ED. Now the question is, which decentalised exchange can we trust now? because it is definetly something needed.

The problem is that there are no alternatives depending of which tokens do you want to trade. ED has the worst interface and is extremely easy to make mistakes, but it is so needed that people have to use it.
