Japan and Germany are the best countries for those who wants to establish a crypto business because Bitcoin is legal and fully supported by the government in which there is no Bitcoin tax as per regulation policy. With this tax exemption then i believed many people will adapt bitcoin currency in which in favor for those business enthusiast.

Russia is more perspective country for such projects. However, everything depends on the project specifications. For example, there is one cool project - Socratus. I really like their concept - a platform for insurance companies that was created in order to make the communication between customer and insurance company more convenient and simple. It helps to get read of annoying personal meetings and paper work. With this ecosystem, companies will be able to cut operating costs, create new insurance products, deal with data analysis more efficiently and many other benefits.

While looking at actual regulations set in place for the growing blockchain sector in my vision the top European countries for starting a [Suspicious link removed]pany is mentioned here. This is only my vision it may be possible I am wrong at any point. So Switzerland is number one on the list, due to its positive regulatory dynamics and forward-thinking position on setting government guidelines for crypto startups. Gibraltar on the 2nd and Malta is the 3rd due to similar dynamics and government participation. The United Kingdom at number 4, Denmark at number 5 (with 0% tax on cryptocurrencies), Germany at number 6 and Portugal at number 7 (where income from crypto is not taxed). Finland at no.8 (where virtual currencies are exempt from VAT), Netherland at no.9 and finally Belarus at no.10 (where cryptocurrencies are tax exempt through the year 2023, and smart contracts have been declared as legal documents).

I sure they will happy invest in crypto, because the profit more than gold. I really like their concept - a platform for insurance companies that was created in order to make the communication between customer and insurance company more convenient and simple.

I typically refer my clients to more traditional hedge fund jurisdictions: Cayman Islands, Cook Islands, Nevis, maybe Belize. Better privacy, tax regimes, easier bank account openings, etc. Not sure I see the value of an Estonia; seems to be more crypto marketing than anything else. https://youtu.be/hYRX09T-zKwI welcome anyone's thoughts on the issue. Cheers For me the best country will be Germany because earning Bitcoin is tax free and we can use Bitcoin currency for spending in most of their establishments. Hopefully all country will be the same of Germany regulation policies in which we could enjoy Bitcoin benefits anytime and anywhere for free.

If all the countries will have that mindsef on crypto, that could provide every people an opportunity to be more stabe on their finances. With respect to Germany, the adoption could help the cryptocurrencies economy grow much higher in demands and could toss up the value of each coins. There's a lot of prospected countries seem to be similar with Germany that has greater potentials on crypto to start over, and to begin was just a matter of motivations specially the residents who will study cryptocurrencies in order to gain knowledge.

Well usually small countries will be a good environment for crypto start ups. This would be serve as a training ground and will be a learning in the near future as one grows and continue his/her endeavor to cryptocurrency in a larger base community like relating to other countries as well from around the world. Just try small amount first when investing in cryptocurrency.

I think that Japan, Korea and Switzerland the best countries for crypto startups. Moreover, Japan support crypto market.
Moreover there are developed countries. very sophisticated technology coming from that country and it seems people there are very open to technological developments? bitcoin also thrives there. if there are no obstacles like prohibitions. crypto startups will be used a lot on there

I think Ukraine will try her best to take the number one place. I have heard that they are really trying to attract investments and attention on anyway and crypto legalization or freedom is one of them. Well, let's see how it will be in the final.

I try to search about Ukraine as I'm not familiar how crypto country they are. https://cointelegraph.com/news/ukraine-to-legalize-cryptocurrencies-invites-citizens-to-comment-on-proposed-regulationsAnd it looks like you are right and might be a good candidate for a crypto startup. Singapore is slowly gaining some grounds as well as I have seen ICO being HQ in that country. Although we have seen the market conditions is not that good for project developments right now because of the bearish trend, it seems though that many country are not deterred but willing to be friendly to crypto space.

In terms of legal regulation - Switzerland would be the best one. Singapore is No.2 as the government set the guidelines in November 2017. I personally used the guidelines for a number of projects, they are pretty clear and precise.

Im living in the Philippines and although we dont have that advanced technology to support bitcoin purchases, our people has freedom using it and investing in it. In fact, there is this one ultimate app for crypto which you can pay bills directly with your BYC, ETH, XRP and BCH. So i consider my place as one of the best crypto places to start up

Germany
-good only for private purporses ( buy hold and sell ) if you hold your coins more than 12 months your profit is tax free, if you sell within 12 month and your profit is +801 euro you pay taxes ( between 15-45% ) - crypto companys pay automaticly taxes of at least 25% - mining is falling under the law of business = pay taxes of +25%
but its a stable country, not to be afraid of getting scammed by any point of view. However startup for exchanges need a bank license anyways.
Netherlands:
- good for private purporses ( buy hold sell ) , no taxes but you pay neverless a fix tax per year on your crypto ( 1-5% ) - good for cypto startups , but you need to know which kind of legal business you want to open
latvia:
- right now they have no law of regulating bitcoins due to taxes, so all incomes are tax free! They plan to do a fix tax of 13% no matter how much you do as profit its fixed! less paper work! - open a SIA ( company ) cost you only 2500 euro ( can pay in 1 time payment or 50% first year and 50% second year ) - low taxes on business average 10-17% - if you generate 300.000 Euro within 1 year you can also get a permit resident card and apply for a citizienshoip after 5 years
