First look on SnowGem Electrum wallet

Wow, looks professional user-friendly interface with Snowgem Electrum wallet. Will this one is a mandatory upgrade or optional one for Snowgem community?
At the current difficulty and total hashrates of Snowgem network (above 10.000 and 1.56 Mh/s, respectively), it has become harder and harder to mine Snowgem, and will become much more harder when Masternodes activated in the network in April this year.
https://explorer.snowgem.org/
I feel a little bit regret that I didn't mine Snowgem sooner, but I am going to try collecting enough Snowgem coins for my masternode.

Keep up your good works and have a good health, TXID

It's not mandatory, this one can be used parallel with SnowGem core wallet. This is light version, which used to send/receive coin. If you want to setup MN, you must use core wallet.

If you would have read the first post under masternode it clearly says: Collateral 10.000. So 10K is needed for a masternode

Are you kidding? I don't really think that solo mining has been still profitable for miners at the moment, and in the future, too. It is due to the fact that Snowgem masternodes will activated more in April, which will contribute to significant increases of Snowgem difficutlty in its network.

Sounds ridiculous. Of course, you can keep solo mining because it's your rights, your choice. However, I think that solo mining at current phase of Snowgem is the best way to waste your money, and your electricity bilss somehow. Especially, in the next few weeks when masternodes will be officially activated in the Snowgem network. Rewards for your solo mining will dramatically decrease to almost zero. Believe me!

Exactly! After masternodes officially operated and get rewards in April, much more Snowgem masternodes will be activated from current potential investors, who are intentionally follow the project for a long time and might accumulate enough coins for their masternodes due to massive massarce of the whole crypto market in the past few weeks.
As history shows, masternodes certainly force difficulty of network rise significantly and at the point, miners tend to hard to find blocks, consequently their rewards might plummeted and might cause to unexpected losts of their mining profits.

Since the coins are getting harder and harder to dig, they don't stop to stop, just waiting to see what will happen. I hope there will be good news in the future.

With the current high price volatility faster processing time reduces risk in any decision chosen to purchase or spend cryptocurrency. with 1 minute processing time still far behind traditional. i'm very interested in this project.
