The competition is huge. But there are no really interesting or unique exchanges. All work on almost the same software, which has both advantages and disadvantages. I think the Project SnowGem team has something to offer to the crypto industry. They are very strong developers.

I agree. The competition among crypto exchanges is simply mega big. But project SnowGem has something that other projects do not have: very strong developers and a huge and loyal community.

It can be easily found out that Snowgem has good community support. This 2700+ post in this thread. Strong developers mean exchanges support listing very fast. So, a self hosted exchange should not be the first priority for SnowGem. Bring new tech before making a new exchange.

This thread is very lively. This is well demonstrated by the fact that the SnowGem project community is closely monitoring the situation in the project and supports the project!
