For pre sale in februari i recomend bobs repair. And for existing coin i think ethereum will be going up break the $1500 level in februari. Especially when the next hard fork happen. I think best ICO of 2018 will be Viewly. It is a decentralized video platform with Charlie Shrem as advisor. Great project by great team. Viewly will solve many problems and I think it will be one of the best blockchain projects ever developed. Definitely register!

ICX before it hits other exchanges.  Already some big gains, but still a price point in its infancy.  AION and WAN (when available) should be solid choices.  I like AION for the lower supply... similar to NEO.  Lots of growth potential here.

Others include BRD, OST, MTH, LSK, LINK, WABI.  I think IOTA will surprise some people.  WTC deserves a mention.

WAVES has been sitting silent for too long.  But I think it has some serious upswing ahead.
