I think something like two thirds of these users are now either banned or have moved on to annoy people on other forums. I generally don't ignore anyone unless they're either a bot or a troll/idiot/obnoxious person with no redeeming qualities whatsoever (being entertaining counts as a redeeming quality, which is the only reason people like SEC agent aren't on my list).

 Yay ! I made someone's ignore list !

FWIW, here's mine.

He may have gotten spammy or annoying somehow, forgotten why I ignored Psy Tongue sometimes I'll still read people on the ignore list if they have something intelligent to say it just helps me keep civil and not go into troll mode Cheesy.
