On August 10 once the new update is put up, you'll login and see all the changes. Go to your account page and everyone who has bought shares will have them in the accounts.

There is no middleman with the fee earnings, you'll earn them daily, 1:1 in regards to your ownership and the fees the exchange generates. Completely automatic to save on any support having to deal with it. Smiley

I bought 55 shares and I would have bought more if I had more BTC.

I'm hoping that in the future you will be able to release another block of shares, but for sale using Solidcoins/Microcash.  This is probably the only viable investment I'd be willing to trade for my SC.

Also, as a comparison, Vircurex went public on Cryptostocks back in early February.  Shares were offered for .1 BTC and, at one point, I think they managed to skyrocket to about 1BTC each.  Now, the value is a reasonable .25-30 BTC.

MCXNow is a smaller exchange but it is also much newer.  Furthermore, when MCXNow was turned on, I was hooked from day-one and I've found the experience much more reliable the Vircurex.

If history is any indication of investment worth, a .1BTC/Share buy-in will almost certainly be a good investment, even if you want to sell all on on August 11.

A Personal Quote on BTT from 2011:
"I'd be willing to make a moderate "investment" if the value of the BTC went below $2.00.  Otherwise I'll just have to live with my 5 BTC and be happy. :/"  ...sigh.  If only I knew.

Well, I'm not going to try to stick up for VCX nor can you really make an apples-to-apples comparison of the two exchanges.  Still, Vircurex did go public and inspite of the above "scam" issue, it's still trading at a value 2.5x it's original offering.

Comparatively, I think MCXNow is going to do much better, both as an investment performer and as a professional exchange.

I like the site design looks clean except for the banner ads running down the sides.  Nice troll box.

Hi realsolid,

checking at http://www.cryptocoincharts.info july volumes for all pairs traded on your exchange it gives me roughly 5500 BTC traded during this period.

So it makes total trading fees = 5500 BTC x 0.4% = 22 BTC = 2200 $

Can you please explain where the other 7800 $ you said you made came out from?

TY

cryptocoincharts cannot get all the volume at mcxNOW unfortunately. This is partly because I don't give historical data in an API form for these sites to build their databases. The next update of mcxNOW includes a historical graph of the coin prices including, low, high, avg prices and total sell and buy volume. So on the site itself you can see the data and volumes.

There's a couple things I need to work on for the API to allow 3rd party sites to have cleaner access to the details they want. Much of it has been improved for the next update already.

Last 24 hours volume for all pairs on mcxnow is 103 BTC. I checked on the site itself.

Last 24 hours trading fees are 103 BTC x 0.4% =  0.412 BTC

30 Days estimate = 0.412 BTC x 30 = 12.36 BTC = 1300$

I'm very curious to see first dividend payout, it's going to disappoint for sure.

Here is a list of the shareholders that purchased 5000 shares. I've removed the names for privacy reasons but you can see all the Bitcoins. All up 131 separate people bought them. About 35000 shares were sought but only 5000 were sold. Thanks to everyone involved.

Those BTC addresses are the addresses people sent the money to, or the addresses where the money came from?

Just to clarify it a bit, else my address is wrong Smiley
