I tested it from two different places and it works.

I'm sorry, it all worked, I'm using ports 3333
just your pool does not support the fixed complexity in the end address, I just removed the fixdiff after the address

Yes, of course. But only if you are lucky guy
Otherwise, You will never find a block.

If you mine on one of the pools you can definitely mine this with CPU.
I am directing two CPU's at a pool right now and am getting around 3200/day.

Solo-mining with a CPU though. That's a whole different story

Oh. I hadn't noticed that!
The "Payments"-tab on the website still says Minimum payment threshold 2.000EDC. So that is understandably a bit confusing

It's definitely mineable with CPUs but unless you are running a very powerful processor you won't yield good results solo mining (unless you are running some Xeon Phis). I would recommend directing your CPU to a pool which would yield much better results

I used https://pool.edollar.cash/ pool and get paid all the time dude, I've never used that pool but it looks pretty much the same why don't you try switching pools?

I've used that pool as well, they have payed properly without any issue. You have to remeber the blocks need a maturity depth of 60 before the payments can be processed. If you have  a rough idea of the blockh height you started mining at you can roughly make out when your first payment will be made by looking at the "Pool Blocks" tab.
