May Bitcoin be touched by his Noodly Appendage

I can host the file (with https) if needed, indefinately, just let me know.
Thanks, but for now I use Github and I think that's convenient enough. That may be useful for a couple of other files though. Things still aren't working correctly for me. The ignore thread feature is missing from firefox.
Please fill a bug report here: http://btpp.jampa.eu/bugs/bug_report_page.phpIt's quick, doesn't require an account and helps me to keep in mind all the pending bugs.

Some other people are complainng the same thing, evidently there's lots of people out there using the ignore thread feature It makes bitcointalk almost slightly browseable (I must have thousands of ignored threads).

Thanks! Actually I took a look at it and I'll change how the feature works. For now everything is client-side and not efficient at all. I'll keep you updated on the bug tracker. I'm also implementing the server-side signing, ie even if the server is not HTTPS you can be sure the data you receive are genuine.

Just let me know if you need a more powerful server to run more things server side, I can easily upgrade you to something more powerful Thanks! :-) It's still powerful enough for what it does. I'll tell you if it ever changes. You should update the main post. The old UserScripts links are still there.
Changed, thanks!

It's good to be back too Before someone starts freaking out, I'd like to inform people that v0.2.90 includes a script from pastebin. It's a copy/paste of the JS code of bitaddress.org (you are encouraged to check it if you have any doubt). And as it's on pastebin it will never change (except if pastebin gets hacked). So nothing to worry about.

I imagine it does something with cryptography, but I don't know why this script needs it.

I imagine it does something with cryptography, but I don't know why this script needs it. It will be used to verify Bitcoin signatures only. The server will soon sign the data it sends and this library is necessary to verify the sigs. Just let me know if you need a more powerful server to run more things server side, I can easily upgrade you to something more powerful Same here, finding a powerful server would be key. Thanks, it's really appreciated.

Just wondering, has this actually been audited before? I'll ask it regardless of the reputation it seems to have on many of the members around here.

I can confirm that the script does what it has to do and doesn't do anything else then that. The script required by Bitcointalk++ is indeed CryptoJS and is used to sign, encrypt, decrypt and verify stuff. It's a often used Javascript Library in the cryptocurreny world. I hope this helps.

Are you talking about the script or the crypto library? Either way I always tell people to check the code, I hope some of them actually do it. That's why the userscript.org death is annoying: there used to be a version history/diff. Checking the original version and then every update was more practical.
