So what's the problem here? I do use virtual machine under NAT for such a purpouses. All u need is 8Mbit/s bandwidth (or even 128kbit/s, if you are able to copy the actual chain files), windows OS (or other, depending on the coin and your skills to compile the wallet or setup a precompiled one) and some drive space. On the RAM side, 2 gigs are enough (I just haven't tried less, as I'm not ram limited - host machine got 128 gigs of rather old ddr3-1333 ram). Staking is not bandwidth intensive or CPU intensive operation, and does not burn up network hardware (e.g. like uTP torrent protocol packets do), so you won't get banned for mining, network issues or reaching out of CPU tariff plan. Just use the cheapest one. Good luck.

no one  man could refute my arguments. So all the same coin Scam. But just in case, I'll leave 70k coins in wallet (5% of all lmn).

By the way I was also banned for adequate questions in the discord. And I will continue to discourage investing in this dubious coin from people from other coin forums
