Great protocol with smart contracts on side chains to solve the scale issues that ETH has. I think this should be at a 2 or 3bn marketcap

You are wrong, this coin is 99,5% marketing - 0,5% development. It is exactly as this.
So do not expect to see a huge rise, since this coin is crap, only that well "maked up".
