I am not too sure that nakamoto satosi really the original person, I think that nakamoto satosi is the name of an organization or group consisting of several people.

Yes! Satoshi Nakamoto will not be the founder of bitcoin if he is unreal person. How bitcoin will be done without any people behind the discovery and invention? Automatically, there is/are someone behind bitcoin.
It is just hard to find who are them because Satoshi Nakamoto hid his entity.

Yes, Satoshi Nakamoto is real. But it's not the real name, maybe it's just a nickname of the person or the group name of the people that handle bitcoin. We know that bitcoin not a real money like fiat currency, so thats sure the people who handle bitcoin don't want to publish their identities. Some people say that is the name of the group developers that invented the Blockchain and BTC codes, other defends that is an arrogant Australian dude that claims to be the Satoshi Nakamoto himself (which is clear that he's lying otherwise he wouldn't write the BTC Whitepaper so smooth and clear.
