I don't see any sign ICO will die in this year because I have seen many ICO was successfully to raise their hardcap target.  Indeed many ICO failed and the token price drop to below ICO price,  but ICO market still young and in the future ICO will be increasing in quality and quantity .

However some good ICO's are got success.if you compare ICO project in 2017 with 2018 most of the ICO in 2018 failed.May be after market condition changed the demand for ICO will increase and price also change in market,some countries regulations also effect in 2018
