No, ICO will not die in 2018. And in general not must die further. Just around it will be less HYIP and speculation. Sooner or later the implementation of the rules will regulate the framework of the normal market.

In fact, the number of ICOs this year are increasing. Yes, there are ICOs who are scammers. We cannot avoid scammers in this world. But, there are still good ICOs out there that have a good project to be implemented or had already been implemented which makes them to have a good future.

I don't see any sign ICO will die in this year because I have seen many ICO was successfully to raise their hardcap target.  Indeed many ICO failed and the token price drop to below ICO price,  but ICO market still young and in the future ICO will be increasing in quality and quantity .

I do not think that ICO will disappear so quickly and disappear at all. Certainly there will be changes in the legal part and form of presentation, sale. And this is necessary to protect investors from scam. There is really a lot of scams. However, the idea itself is very good. It opens up great opportunities for both the founders of start-ups and investors. Almost any person can participate and make money on this, legally naturally.

As I would like to think ICO will be turned out to be more famous on the grounds that numerous financial specialist succes and get rich just by make interest in ICO, simply take alook some past ICO a couple of a month ago, the cost of token expanding alot, as GVT, CND, PPP and some more. Around 90% of ICO their token cost expanding more than ICO cost. Furthermore, ICO could be more prevalent than IPO and furthermore digital money market will be turned out to be more prominent.

I don't think ICO's will die, today a lot of people are ready and want to invest in the ICO`s.Then that now the market is very unstable doesn't mean that no one else believes in projects..Sooner or later large investors invest big money in bitcoin, after that we again see a big increase in the market...

Yes, I think so. A lot of coins are already on the market, they simply have nowhere to go. They do not have enough money. So I think this store will close soon. Who managed that fellow.

I am sure that this will continue for a very long time! This is a very powerful system and even a group of hackers can not destroy all this)

ICO is a brilliant way to raise fund for projecy that hitherto might been rejected by mainstream. What people do with ICO proceed is entirely different issue.

Currently still using KYC for safe steps, but that is not enough because not all ICOs do not feel obliged to use it, so I think the government should already know which ICO system should be banned. As long as the market and the volume of crypto still exist, ICO will not die because it is one of the interconnected parts.

ICO will not die in 2018. There are more innovations in technology and good project development will create that requires funding through ICO that is why ICO will continue.

It is easy to avoid scammers. You should simply study all available information about this project, and see the professional reviews about this project like Ian Balina and others.

I expect regulators and authorities worldwide to come down hard on fraudulent ICOs in the new year. That's because many ICOs skirted existing regulation in order to raise equity — with no solid business to back up the offering. Funds raised from some of these ventures have already started to disappear, and regulators, such as the SEC, recently announced that they're getting ready to crack down on them.

After steadily climbing, the volume of ICOs has been slowing since late 2017, according to recent research by EY. This might be due to ICO bans in South Korea and China, and looming regulations elsewhere. Whatever the case may be, the ICO market is clearly entering a more mature phase after 2017’s heyday.

The total amount of funds raised via ICOs reached $5.6 billion last year, and this year investments have not diminished. But they are going to fewer ICOs.

I think nobody should trust blind in Initital coin offerings rating sites. I think they are a great oppurtinity to save some of your time. But you also have to do researches about every project before you invest in them

While there is a crypto currency, there will be ico.  After all, this is the best way to attract investors and the public to your project.

Bitcoin price effect most of the new ICO project and lot of ICO's failed, current cyrpto currency market is very bad and all coins going down from the top price level, so most of the people scare to invest in crypto currency and ICO projects. However some good ICO's are got success.if you compare ICO project in 2017 with 2018 most of the ICO in 2018 failed.May be after market condition changed the demand for ICO will increase and price also change in market, some countries regulations also effect in 2018
