Alot of freelance type coins out there. Challenge might not be finding investors and clients, but actual quality freelancers to use the platform and generate revenue.
They planned that the freelancers will be tested and certified before they were given a project. So I think it's safe to say that the freelancer on their platform are on a good quality. Thank you for your inquiry and support of FreelancerCoin. We have partnered with Mettl to qualify freelancers for projects.

Wonder what a certified freelancer would require. I mean, what if you're new to freelancing. Doesn't necessarily mean you would be bad for the jobs available. The certification is through Mettl and the requirements are dependent upon the project.

What was your goal 1? Was it soft cap or not? Can we assume that the ICO is successful?

I am true believer of this project and have high hopes that it will change the freelancing market in the future.
I am also a true believer of this project. Regarding the bounty concerns, I am also one of the people who are disappointed with how the bounty ended. A total of 10% reward from the signature campaign is taken to be transferred to social media campaign. That is not fair apparently. Here are at least four facts to show why the two reward categories cannot be made even near equal: 1. A single split-second click of the mouse in doing a retweet is a world easier than composing a constructive post here in bitcointalk. In retweeting, you are not even asked to read, thoroughly understand, analyze, research, and so on anything. In creating a relevant and well-informed response or post here in bitcointalk, you are expected to do so. 2. In all campaigns here, social media participants are always bigger in number than signature and avatar campaign participants. That is expected and there had been no complaints nor any restructuring based on that premise. It simply cannot be otherwise. 3. A single bitcointalk account owner can own several social media platform accounts and can use all of them provided they are not joined in a single project. A single social media account can be joined in 20 different campaigns. A bitcointalk account owner cannot own more than one bitcointalk account, and can only join a single signature and avatar campaign for the entire duration of the ICO and even a month beyond for the calculations. During this whole time, it has only one source of income. 4. Every single signature and social media campaign participant joins a campaign fully aware of how much is being allocated to their respective campaigns as indicated by the rules. They are doing their respective tasks separately. I hope the Freelancercoin project team understands this and considers.

They don't understand how easy social media campaign is (with their given bounty rules) and it's obvious that there are lots of participants in social media because it's an easy task. The representative on telegram stated that because there are lots of participants in social media, they make the changed. And now most of the people complaining there are being kicked out because they can't take the criticism.

I agree that the subscription program is more difficult than activity in social networks and they cost more, at least I should! On the other hand you're choosing a company to see what the interest is allocated and no you by force does not drag, your choice! How goes the fundraising? how much have you collected?

Only 10 more days to go and I can smell victory. With the addition of John McAfee as the Senior Advisor, expect a lot of Hype in Social Media right after the ICO. I have high hopes for this project!

ED is not really a good news. It is good to serve as a temporary platform for those who want to sell their coin quickly and didn't have any patience for a better exchange, but that's it. IMO, ED even scares and overwhelm new people that has little experience in trading, as ED has a huge learning curve compared to centralized exchange.

Not just that the reduction was on short notice, the computation for the signature bounty stakes was a mess and a lot of miscalculations.
