I find it concerning that you're ready to steamroll into release without 100% consensus across all implementations. Sounds like the Mark Karpeles method of development to me.

Mastercoin had a trial version for quite some time now, which people could use. So put up or shut up I say.

We used the github, unfortunately it was the other Mastercoin which was developed a while ago. If implementation is to fully occur developers need a full source code that can be implemented. Sorry MasterCoin users.

Mastercoin (MSC) is fully open source.  It is not cloned from Bitcoin so it's not so easy to implement. That is why there is/was a $10,000 bounty for the first centralized exchange to implement it.

let me just clarify that smart property is a catch all term for a lot of different stuff.

simple "user currencies" and the fundraiser type currencies probably will happen in April as they are next up
