What is needed to be approved in the KYC ? Shall I just apply and wait?

As someone already said (and thank you for that) you need to go to www.lympo.io and enter registration. For it you will need utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months and in your name, picture of you, pictures of your passport's last pages (where all information is written). Please make sure photos are good quality, easily to read, important information is not cut out, etc.
After successful registration you should receive confirmation email within 24 hours.

How do you plan safeguarding the protected health information? There are protocols specially designed for this data transmission, how you leverage this in to your project? Can i invest directly with USD or only BTC/ETH?

I am sorry but investing is only with ETH.

We do know about personal data safety regulations and take great care to meet the requirements.
However, we will not be collecting health records ourselves at all and all information will be stored in a secure database.

and how do you plan to secure personal data acquired through KYC procedure? These are very sensitive data...

Please be assured that we strive to meet the highest standards. We have consulted several legal advisors on KYC matters (thus, such registration form) and data safety, also we have privacy data regulations applicable by law which we abide by. As mentioned before all collected data are stored in a secured database and will be dealt with according to the law.
We do not sell any data to third parties if that's what you are afraid of. Overall, it is a normal KYC procedure in the matters involving finances.
